I know your concerns Michael, it's... well Obviously the TV series isn't gonna be as dark and everything as the comics (there's no way) My friend said it was kinda like the Walking dead and how it has it's own kinda story and take off on the comics, but still keeping a sense of tradiitionalism to the comics. I like where TV preacher is going and I hope it stays this way but it could turn pretty easily

I've only read the first collected edition of the comic series since I love almost anything Garth Ennis does. But the first two episodes of the show were sublime I loved the hell out of them it's so well done Dominic as Jesse is a fantastic casting, I really can't wait to see where they will go with this series. It makes me miss the hell out of the Constantine series though
