Charli XCX
Charlotte Emma Aitchison (born 2 August 1992), better known by her stage name Charli XCX, is a British singer and songwriter. She released two singles in 2008, "!Franchesckaar!", which is from her commercially unreleased debut album, 14; and "Emelline"/"Art Bitch". She was signed to This Is Music and IAMSOUND Records in 2010 before releasing three more singles, "Stay Away", "Nuclear Seasons" and "You're the One" from her debut EP You're the One, which was released in June 2012. After a year-long delay period, she released her debut major label studio album, True Romance, in April 2013. Currently, she is expecting to release her third studio album in September 2014. XCX was born in Stevenage, Hertfordshire to a Scottish father and Indian mother from Uganda. She started writing songs when she was 14 years old. She attended Bishop's Stortford College and left the school in 2010. Although a successful artist in her own right, Charli XCX's most successful hits (namely Icona Pop's "I Love It" and Iggy Azalea's "Fancy") are songs she co-wrote and feature her as a guest vocalist. XCX's music has been compared to the music of the 1980s with "the spookiness of Siouxsie Sioux" or "flawless early-Madonna". Her influences include Spice Girls, Kate Bush, Uffie, Brooke Candy, Lil Wayne and Quentin Tarantino. For her third solo album project, she listed The Hives, Weezer, and Ramones as influences. Various sources have listed her as goth pop or dark pop.

The Avengers, Age of Ultron, Infinity War & Endgame (2012-2019)
Wouldn't be too surprised if that report turned out to be pretty accurate. A hardened Avengers team doing battle with groups of supervillains sounds like a logical extension of 'Captain America 2', where a more experienced Rogers took on the Winter Soldier. As for the rest, well, it's early days and re-writes happen all the time, several elements of the movie will no doubt still be in a state of flux. Also, I read that fifth paragraph again just now, and it put me in mind of a certain surprising news story doing the rounds a short while ago. Anyone else thinking what I'm thinking?

Games you are playing...
Still trying to work my way through 'The Last Of Us'. There was a time when I'd have been able to finish a game like it in a couple of days.

In hindsight, it was a real gaffe for Cole to return to West Ham, where Big Sam's 'style' was never likely to suit him. At least at Villa he'll be playing in a more expansive team with plenty of energy around about, which may even allow him to flourish. Provided of course that his body can still hack it after all the knackeredness.

Terribly sad news, thank you Rik for so many great memories.

Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)
It'll be fascinating to see if they'll have the time (or the inclination) to weave all six Infinity Gems into the storyline before 'Avengers 3' comes out. I'm guessing 'Guardians' will reference the Aether, introduce a third gem, or do both, which would still only put them at the halfway point. I don't think they'll go there with 'Ant-Man' or 'Captain America 3', so unless there are other movies in the works that we don't know about yet, that only really leaves 'Age of Ultron'.

The Avengers, Age of Ultron, Infinity War & Endgame (2012-2019)
Most interesting, particularly since those little scamps at Marvel initially claimed that 'Guardians' wouldn't tie in with 'Ultron' in any significant way. A lot of people were speculating that Thanos would be the next villain though, so I suppose they could quite easily work one (or more) of the Infinity Gems into each movie and set up an even larger motivation for him to appear on Earth, perhaps as a tease to 'Avengers 3: Avenge with a Vengeance'.

Football
Clarence Seedorf replaced by Filippo Inzaghi in the Milan hotseat, despite winning seven of his last nine games. Which doesn't sound too shabby, at least from an outsider's perspective. Pippo still getting tap-ins after all these years.

Answer The Question Above !
I'd burn all ugg boots if I could, worst clothing item of all time. What’s your favorite thing about today so far? I assume you hope she's in AntMan too? Certainly do, although I'm a bit perturbed by the situation surrounding the movie at the moment.

FIFA World Cup 2014
Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war! Jozy Altidore scored last night. Not just once, but twice. I hear you can find Big Jozy on most betting sites at about 200/1 to top score this year. Which, for those of you who aren't familiar with gambling, means that if you put £10 on him to bag the golden boot, you'd lose £10.

FIFA World Cup 2014
Sergio Ramos annoys David De Gea with a 'Panenka'. Kovac's 'double playmaker' midfield set-up looks really intriguing, very few teams in the world could boast a pairing as terrifyingly brilliant as Modric and Rakitic. Both appear to play the game with cheat codes.

Alien Kanyanat Bamrungphong
Seems there are quite a few variations and alternate spellings of her name listed out there. For now, I've changed the title of the topic to Alien Kanyanat Bamrungphong, which from what I can gather, is what she mostly goes by.

FIFA World Cup 2014
I think anyone who watched Mexico in qualifying would have seen a team in desperate need of experienced heads and a calming influence in possession, and though he's presumably (I've not seen him play since his Barca days) lacking a yard or six of pace these days, Marquez does bring that to the table. Besides, you can only complain if you have a better idea. It's disappointing to see the likes of Jones, Smalling and Lampard still in the English squad, but when you're stuck with such a decidedly average pool of players to choose from, there's only so much a manager can do to change the outlook.
