I read all of them, it's good fun. Too bad GRRM will never finish the series.

I thought season two was slightly better and more coherent than season one. But none of these wannabe GoT shows have been great. And I don't expect Prime's LotR show to be either. They are all trying to capture lighting in a bottle when even HBO doesn't appear to be able to do it twice.

I have never watched a Netflix show and gone "this is so woke". I have often times thought "this is so bad". I guess I just don't see every single thing through that prism. 🤷‍♂️

It's not about them being woke or not, it's about their libraries largely sucking. Like try to find something released before 1990 on any of them. We are moving towards a situation where if you don't still have your physical media of certain films, it will become 100% impossible to see them.

Before I opened the bigger version of the picture, I actually thought Tay was checking out Jo's butt.

Because Disney+, Prime and other streaming services are so much better? In general I think streaming libraries have become crappier, which is weird considering there should be so much more content out there to host.

The fakeness and extreme corporatism of Coachella is why I'm super-turned off by it as a festival. It should be about the music and about festival-goers who truly appreciate and love the music.

Coachella has been the festival where models go to be seen for at least a decade now. So I'm not that surprised she would be attending, even if she hadn't even heard of it a week ago.
