There is nothing wrong with her dating Sean Penn. I think James Blunt hurt the world a lot more with his crappy music than Penn has done with his (sometimes misguided) activism. I am a little disappointed in Penn for throwing his marriage away, but whatever, that's between his wife and him anyway.

Why not? Sean Penn is infinitely more talented than Blunt. And I believe Petra dated Bruce Willis for a short while as well, and he's even older than Penn. The only surprising thing here is that Penn would suddenly divorce his wife (they were one of Hollywood's most stable couples, after all) to start dating models instead. Could it really be some sort of mid-life crisis?

If Bynum is able to put up 80% of the numbers he put up before getting injured upon his return, then the title is the Lakers' to lose. If he doesn't come back at all this season, or comes back as a shadow of his earlier-season self, they will still be one of the favorites. As for the MVP, I think it's a toss-up between LeBron James, Kobe and Chris Paul at this point. I think all three of them deserve it somewhat equally. What I'm hoping for the West play-offs: Lakers-Mavericks J-Kidd and Dirk vs Pau Gasol and Kobe. This one has seven-game series written all over it. Suns-Warriors Before the Shaq trade, this one would have been even better. Can you imagine those two teams going at each other in a play-off situation? We'd probably average 250 points a game for the series. San Antonio vs Utah Really, I believe those two teams probably match up best, and as such, they would hate to meet this early in the play-offs. Boozer vs Duncan and Williams vs Parker should be interesting. New Orleans vs Houston I just want to see Chris Paul get to the West semis at least, and I believe the Yao-less Rockets are their best chance.

You can clearly see a retainer in some of the HQ picture. Probably to correct the slightly crooked incisor, which is a shame. I always thought that made her smile extra cute and sexy.

Perhaps. He's looking at a 9 month recovery period, for a 31-year old striker, that could mean the end. On the other hand, Larsson suffered an equally horrific injury at age 34 and he came back to help Barcelona win their second CL title, so I guess all is not lost for him.

I like the fact that Marisa got the cover, but I'm not so sure about the selection of shots that made the magazine. Some of them are great, but others just leave me "meh".

I actually prefer Bar to Marisa, but I think it makes sense that Marisa got the nod over Bar this time around. They are at different ends of the career spectrum, I'm sure Bar will get her cover eventually.

Show must go on, huh? Impiously greedy mob that movie industry <_< Anyway, Johnny's always a good choice though. Well, from a studio's perspective, losing one of the stars in mid-shoot is a nightmare. Either they throw away whatever footage they shot with the deceased person, which, if it's a lead character might mean re-shooting 80% of the movie. Or they can opt to find a creative solution like the one presented above. Either way, they're screwed.
