She doesn't look old, but her look has changed a bit since her younger days. There's no shame to that, she was a teen when she burst onto the scene and she's 29 now. Who looks exactly like they did 10-12 years ago? Her change hasn't been nearly as dramatic as some other models'. Kim Smith (I know she never had anything close to Lima's career or status) hardly looks like the same person compared to what she looked like early on.

Lets not overreact either. She has lost a lot of weight, but she doesn't suddenly look hideous either. But she could do with gaining more than a few pounds again. Anyway, this isn't anything new for her. As I recall, Michael Bay demanded she gained some weight for the Transformers sequel.
