How was it insulting? If you watch a rap video half the people in the video are moving and acting just like she was. Is it because she's a white girl with blond hair? There's no two sides, she wasn't being offensive, she was acting exactly like the "gangsta's" do in their music videos. Not trying to be rude, but it's like black people using the world "nigger, or nigga" with their friends, or in their music and then when anyone else uses it it becomes offensive and racist.

You know something no one is taking into consideration about those pictures that we saw. They were from an angle that is not what the photographer is getting. Hailey likes to contort, and show off angles, and while that works great in the direction of the camera she's working for, any other angle is going to look slightly off, or unflattering.

No fun in that, social media isn't there to feed into the pics so they can't release more as they're happening. Clearly I've never seen the videos or been to a public beach. Ever. Not once. All it takes is one person being on the beach with a camera or a cell phone. No one ever said anything about dozens or hundreds, so don't start making assumptions. As for the shoots being secluded, it's funny because last year leaked pictures of Kate Bock were on a public street, (that screams seclusion to me too, don't worry you're not alone) and this year was a public beach. <--- obviously that was super secluded to, because they didn't notice the paparazzi, or people who clearly saw them.

Using a public beach, and a hotel with tourists definitely brings out the opportunity to have girls take their tops off and roll around in the sand without anyone taking notice. I'm glad you see that too. Because the above isn't noticeable at all, and then tack on a photographer and entourage and it's just your every day run of the mill occasion. So glad we both see why it would be so surprising and shocking when the paparazzi are called, because clearly nothing important or exciting could possibly be going on.

You brought up hips, which pregnancy can change dramatically as it can redistribute fat deposits on the body. Taking that aside I will stand by their inseam is roughly the same length, which is the major measurement in "up and down" proportions.

And that is an entirely different debate. One is in her thirties, has had 2 children whereas the other is in her early twenties and hasn't had any children. To be perfectly honest neither of them have great proportions. But if the measurements available online for either of them are accurate Alessandra has more balanced proportions, but I'm not really ready to put much stock in that. Either way, they're both lean, with almost no chest or backside. to each their own.

I'm not denying that Behati's legs are longer then Alessandra's, but the correct way to measure leg length is via the inseam. And based on that picture there isn't that big of a difference in their inseam length. The hip has nothing to do with leg length, not to mention you can't see Alessandra's hips fully to see the actual difference.

it is a fairly common way to gauge popularity over a given period of time... And there was someone who fully admitted to hacking the results, so there's a distinct possibility that they wanted "accurate" results. However, trends isn't necessarily accurate when it comes to the magazine as SI and/or swimsuit would also need to be listed in their hot trending topics, and it becomes harder to gauge if their popularity is coming from the magazine, or from other endeavors. I will still stand by there were to many high fashion girls in the magazine that didn't translate over very well, and a few of the girls just had horrible photos, either because their editing team sucks, or because they just couldn't get the shot for whatever reason. ROTY has been notoriously inaccurate. It used to just be picked by the SI team, and in recent years it's become nothing more then a money grab. I'm not sure why you're surprised that it doesn't reflect the trending numbers, it's still being picked by the SI team not the voting public. Stop trying to justify to everyone else that Emily R should have won, please. We all understand that you believe she should have been given the title, but let's be honest. Her pictures were atrocious, the makeup was terrible, and her posing wasn't anything special. Chances are we'll see her next year, so be excited for that, but in the meantime please for the love of all things go back to her thread and stop, because no one gives a shit anymore.

Actually it lends credibility because if it was taken on a strictly vote-by-vote basis they could have simply congratulated whoever the girl was with the highest percentage of votes was. As much as you want to believe or play out that the scores were tallied on a daily basis they weren't actually reset every 24hours, it was simply cumulative. Not to mention, pushing all that on to the back burner, the scores were manipulated by an outside source before SI even got their fingers into the pot, so even if it wasn't rigged by the company, a fan hacked it and change the over all results. So tomorrow, we'll see who SI likes, and who MJ wants to bring back next here.

It's already been hacked.. so the results are already messed up. Not sure why you're telling SI to play fair...
