Part of the reason they may be dropping some regulars aside from age is that they're looking for that girl who has the "moment" on the runway. Miranda had it, Candice had it, Adriana had it, Gisele had it.. Most of their bigger names in the past have hit a pose or done a strut that just captured everyone's attention. Maybe they're looking for the new lineup with a bunch of young girls, and praying that out of the 11/12 new comers they get 1 or 2 keepers. I would have thought Shanina had it two years ago, but for whatever reason she fizzled with them. Anyways, fingers crossed. The lineup is looking pretty good this year, the Fantasy Bra's are fantastic. Just waiting on segment themes and backdrops now

How exactly are the inside jokes exhausting? First of all you don't have to be involved in every joke, especially considering half the users in here have less then 1000 posts. Are you guys exhausted after running a mile, or hell having sex? As for the cast, I'm a little excited about Romee. Some of the other new girls look like they have some promise. As for a lot of these new girls not being well known, I wouldn't be surprised if VS is still shopping for a new roster of angels. None of the girls they currently have are getting any younger, and none of the younger girls are getting the recognition that models like Adriana are..

Powerball anyone? Honestly the bras are quite lovely. I do wish there had been a bit more contrast with Adriana's, but I personally love sapphires, so I can overlook the lack there. The amythests just blend in a bit to much. Ale's is also quite gorgeous, and if the popular rumor is true and there's a Middle Eastern/Arabic themed segment I hope they do it justice and don't do go over the top and tacky. Those sets on Adriana and Ale are perfect, stick with that VS... stick with that and don't ever say that again pretty, this isn't selfie..

I'm not a fan of Chrissy, or even a huge fan of Hannah, but I find their bodies and their faces to be comparable or better then 90% of the SASI cast. Not to mention the modeling is on par or better. The only thing SASI had going for it as MissLima said was the lack of retouching, but the cover alone of this issue was deplorable for that, and the actual magazine wasn't a whole lot better. To each their own though, I know a lot of people like this issue more and that's fine, but that's my two cents.

This edition is literally no better then the US version, and the girls are really not a whole lot better. It's just less mainstream. Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I'm not impressed with this edition at all. Some of the girls are workable, but none of them come across as great models based on the pictures released, behind the scenes or what was used in the magazine.

I blanketed the idea of running and the treadmill together, and it wasn't solely directed at you Dave, sorry if you took it that way. My problem here is that literally one or two pictures of Kate from a few years ago are posted and everyone jumps on the bandwagon of bring back the old Kate, insinuating that the new Kate is some how inferior. Everyone makes the assumption that she doesn't work out because she's put on a bit of weight, but if you actually look at the timeline of pictures she's yoyo'd a bit but at this point she's relatively stable. For some people it doesn't matter how much you watch what you eat or exercise unless you're flat out willing to starve yourself and work out every day you will not be able to lose the extra few pounds. And on top of that, as Pretty pointed out most of her gain is through the upper torso into the chest area. With her body type, (having the higher waist) this is more apparent then on someone with a lower waist line and more pronounced hips. And looking back further Kate also pointed out that throughout school she had a relatively flat chest and then bam, they grew, so she's already shown a predisposition for drastic change in a relatively short period of time. But I digress, constructive criticism is fine, but in this case you have a bunch of people who rarely post who only come out when the trip down memory lane is posted basically to bitch about how she's not as good as she was then. If she was a size 2 like every other model she wouldn't have stood out or gotten as big as she did. She became an icon because she was a potential game changer for the fashion community, and opened the door more for fuller figured models to actually book mainstream work.

Where exactly did the treadmill come into being the gospel on losing weight? Why don't we all stop spewing drivel and assuming that we know what goes on in her life. She has come out in interviews and said she works out, but because we don't see candids of her near a gym you're all assuming that stopped. Just because you're not being given that glimpse into her life means it doesn't happen. So she's lying, her trainer's lying, the video clips of her bitching while working out are lying. You claim to be a fan, but all you seem to be doing is bitching that she's doesn't look like she did when she was 18. Kate has come out and said she got tired of coming online and reading the negative comments. That was back when if you went anywhere but the fashion forums the comments were all positive. So guess where that information was undoubtedly coming from, oh ya, probably forums like BZ and TFS. So perhaps, taking that into consideration you'll all keep your negative opinions to yourself, because as much as none of you want to take into consideration this is just another offhanded bitchy way of bullying. They aren't just nudes that were leaked. It looks like almost her entire phone was grabbed, and posted. Posts 1181 and 1182 are all part of the leaked pictures and based on what I've seen I highly doubt they are pictures she would have wanted leaked. They aren't just nudes, they incredibly personal images that are quite intimate.

You're the one that is in essence stating that page is fact and gospel. If you knew the disclaimer was there then why even use the page as a reference source when someone else points out that weight gain should be monitored by your physician who can gauge if it's healthy or not? Lbr, are you a specialist? Have you had a baby all on your own? Nope, that's right you haven't. Now I don't know your profession, but if you were in fact a physician of any sort that statement above should have your license pulled because it's absolute bullshit. Diet factors in to weight gain, but I've seen numerous woman who eat perfectly healthy and do all the prenatal exercises their doctor recommends and yet still balloon up. Josie Maran is a prime example. She's vegan, eats incredibly well, is naturally petite and has a good metabolism and in her first pregnancy gained 75 pounds. On the other hand, from my own personal experience, I ate incredibly poorly in the first two trimesters, didn't do any exercise and gained a grand total of 5 pounds. In less then a week Josie had lost all the weight and was featured on the cover of Shape, I also had lost all the weight... Both different life styles, different eating habits and the polar opposite of what you'd expect.

How much work does someone need to book to become a model in your eyes? I'll give you Zoe and Kimberly, but Georgia and Ireland are both booking work. Hell Ireland started last year? Just because you don't consider them "models" doesn't mean they aren't. It just means you have some antiquated idea of what a model is. People need to move forward from the idea of the 80's and 90's supermodel and realize that they have morphed into a whole new idea. All that aside, how many other girls on there were listed that you can't refute? To reiterate, just because you don't like them doesn't make them not "real models". I am so tired of this philosophy.
