Has anyone checked out LaToya London's CD? It's been out for a couple months, but my friend just had me listen to it. She got a free copy from her work at universal. I really think LaToya has a great voice. The R&B ballads were the best of the CD, songs like Waiting For You and Every Part Me are my favorites. I think with more development she could take the path of a Whitney or Toni Braxton. She's pretty too. I've checking out her pics on her webpage and she has a lot of style, with really nice skin, and cute petite body.

Has anyone heard the new song from Joe Nichols called Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off. I had to laugh when I heard it. It's doing very well on the country circuit. Even if you don't listen to country you can still think the song is fun. It's catchy and Joe is soooo adorable. I think he is an underated artist and should really extend his fan base. He's really good! I hope my sis at universal can get me a copy of upcoming release III. I will have fun playing that Tequila song all day long!! I just love it!!

This thread works by someone asking if anyone knows a band/singer that sounds like a particular favourite of theirs. For example, If someone asked for a band that sounded like Coldplay, someone else could say Snow Patrol, or Keane or whatever. So, to start off, i'd like to plunder the collective wealth of musical knowledge of Bellazonians and ask; Does anyone know of a band that sound like The Chemical Brothers. My knowledge of dance music is poor, so help me out here guys.

The all-female hard rock/heavy metal band Drain S.T.H. was formed in 1993 in Stockholm, Sweden (hence the S.T.H., added to avoid confusion with a similarly named American band), and featured singer Maria Sjöholm, guitarist Flavia Canel, bassist Anna Kjellberg, and drummer/vocalist Martina Axén. Displaying an unabashed worship of Alice in Chains, their independent 1996 debut, Horror Wrestling, was dominated by uncompromising grinds of slow, down-tuned guitars, which were then topped with Sjöholm and Axén's beautifully chilling vocal harmonies. Coupled with the band's impressive live performances and supermodel looks, this soon drew the attention of Mercury Records subsidia…

Police spokeswoman Sherry Mercurio identified three of the victims of Wednesday's shooting as Abbott, who played for the band Damageplan, and two other men, Nathan Bray and Erin Halk. She identified the gunman as Nathan Gale, 25, of the Marysville area northwest of Columbus. She said there was no information on a motive or if he had any connection to the band. I'm not sure if any of the people here are into this sort of stuff, I'd guess not judging by the sorts of bands posted in the Now Playing thread. I just bought this album yesterday, and had pretty much no hope for it to be worth the price of purchase, but I was pleasantly surprised during my second listen to the album by the progression that both Patton and Kaada are making with their own sounds. It's the sort of album you need headphones for, or some extra clear and well positioned speakers. The depth in each song is actually quite amazing, as there are countless layers of instruments. electronic sound and voice. If you're thinking about getting this album, or any sort…
