Being homosexual is about who you are, and you can choose to show that or not. Being metrosexual is all about how you appear, so it just doesn't make sense to be it secretly. We men are less hygienic and we don't mind using public toilets, at least I don't mind. It is even good to be exposed to dirt and bacteria as it improves ones power of resistance.
