Freckles are adorable! Some of my fave models-- like Megan, Polina Kouklina and Cintia Dicker-- have them. I think they look incredibly pretty and always make a person more interesting to look at!

Look at what someone named Paul said about Megan over at Fv's new models mini thread (it's to the very right... you may have to scroll down to find it.)

Megan tried to get back into modeling after her child but she didn't get much work. She also gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy; she did a shoot for Glamour which was good it was just a beauty shot so her figure didn't matter.

I honestly don't think Megan has a strong enough look for a real "comeback". She doesn't have that supermodel quality that models such as Isabelli Fontana and Carolyn Murphy have. It's not just about her looks, she just doesn't have that personality flare that shows through the camera. I also do know that she was into drugs during the Guess? ads and when she quit cocaine for her pregnancy that also led to weight gain. I don't think she was built for modeling.

Ana B, for example, has had a sustainable career because she's naturally thin, with a gorgeous face and she looks like she enjoys life. The reason Ana hasn't skyrocketed as high as some other mods is because she somewhat lacks that "flare" behind the camera. I just don't see it in her eyes. Gisele became a supermodel not only because of her incredible body and sharp features but also because she knows how to connect with the camera. She knows her body so well and her confidence is just, plain sexy.

I don't agree that Megan doesn't have a strong enough look for a real "comeback." I think she's perfectly beautiful and really, uniquely so... why would so many people remember who she is 3 years after her Guess campaign if that wasn't the case? And she's always seemed naturally skinny... her pictures from junior high school and high school prove that (though she was very cutely chubby in her 6th grad epics!)

But the drug problem rumors... I definitely hope that isn't true. I've NEVER heard of that EVER before.

I know! WTF is up with this guy? Well you and me and Mia all wrote back to him saying we disagree...maybe we ganged up on him and scared him off

anyway I think Megan definitley has a strong camera presence. she only modeled for a short time and look how many fans she has!! And almost everyone remembers her face, if not her name, from the Guess ads. She captured many with her face, especially her eyes. Whatever happened in her personal life is up for debate, but the fact remains that what she DID do was take some great pictures. And she'll always be one of my favorite models. Even if she isn't a model any more

I don't think she had a drug problem, I would go so far as to laugh in that guy's face. But that's the idealist in me, because a lot of models do have drug problems. But Megan is too healthy looking in my opinion. You can usually see it in someone's eyes.

And that shot for Galmour could have been done a long time ago, we don't know if it's new, it's just new to us. Remember the "new" elle pic with her in the flowered dress and the flower in her hair? And it turns out to be one of her very first editorials?

I had no idea ME.net was shuttin down...I'm sure you did the right thing and I totally understand your reasons but it's still so so sad. Anyhow, Trimalynn you did an amazing job till the very end and I do hope that eventually there will be at least some kind of random news about Megan. Will miss ME.net a lot! ...and FF thank you so much as well! Lol, I'm probably exagerating a wee bit but I really loved the site and I think you and Trimalynn and everyone else who was part of it were such a lovely team. Aye so...my heart does feel a wee bity heavy the now but once again you all did a great job!
