In the ELLE.com offices, we are very susceptible to the charms of the Victoria’s Secret Angels and Candice Swanepoel with her legs for days, baby blue eyes, and bubbly personality to match is sort of the crown jewel. On the advent of the launch of the new Victoria’s Secret Simple Sexy Collection and the new Secret Front-Close Sports Bra, we talked to Candice about how she keeps her life simple and, more importantly, sexy.

-Describe the ideal 30-minute workout?

Maybe it's better i don't ; )

-What is the best ice cream topping?

Toffee.

-What color makes you feel the most calm?

Green.

-For bras: wire or no wire?

No wire. (But this wire is so light it feels like it's not there)

-What's the one place you've always dreamed of visiting?

I'd like to explore The Amazon.

-What is your go-to summer look?

Jean cutoffs and a T-shirt with sneakers or boots.

-What are your 3 must-have beauty products?

Tinted moisturizer, mascara and a great red lipstick.

-What is your favorite animal?

My puppies, Milo and Luna.

-What is your favorite summer song?

Bob Marley's "Is this love", always.

-What's the last book you read?

50 shades of grey.

-What have you bought recently that you're most excited about?

My new Givency bag.

-What are your favorite workout classes?

I mostly do resistance training with my personal trainer.

-What's your favorite workout song?

I love upbeat, house-music. It gives me energy and keeps me motivated.

-What do you wear to bed?

The Fabulous by Victoria's Secret new cami and short set is so cute and comfortable to lounge around the house in and wear to bed.

You lucky badboy! But you don't know if Candice is the one coming for the openning, let's hope so! Anyways, just having the store there is a plus for all the women (and men so they can give presents to their women) and can open some doors for Candice to appear there too. I'm happy for you! 

Next: VS in Brazil, PLEASE!!! (even though they would surely send Adriana or Ale, but that would be good as well).

^ Yes exact the same here with The Netherlands, we only have a small store at the airport in Amsterdam... But i want a big store with multiple floors and stuff!!!! And then my ultimate dream would be that Candice and Doutzen will be there to open mygodddd the idea only turns me crazy

Yes, I agree about that, I'm saying this only because I'm a fan on the brand and I'd like to see a store here

we don't have a store either in France, which is terrible and suure you can buy online but the cost of shipping are seriously expensive, thought you can have additional charges when you get your hands on -.- don't know why they are so slow to open new stores on another country.

In France it's the same, we don't have a store :/

 

One day I asked on instagram Ed R. had they expected an opening in France and he told me they would like to set up in France but that was the closest yet London

I thought Brazil was the only place with no VS around here. It is kinda weird that places like France and Italy, with such a huge fashion business influence, have no store. And buying them online is a huge problem since they always charge taxes over anything plus the shipping fee (that is expensive). Maybe they just don't have the interest. And then we never see their models unless we follow them like a stalker. 

Or maybe there is so much fashion stores already in europe so they might think there is plenty to go around so...

^ Bingo, these countries (especially France and Italy) likely already have a list of very established brands, and breaking into such a tight market may not be in VS’s best interest financially.  The customer base may not be large enough to warrant the investment.

(Just a quick note, I am SO surprised VS wouldn't try to open a store in Brazil as soon as possible. I would expect them to do EXCEPTIONAL business there!)

^ I think so too, we love sexy looks in general. There was a rumor about it and nothing happened.

So there's nothing left for me to do but stalk Candice.
