After the first ten models at the Karl Lagerfeld show slipped on a runway as slick as their patent leather platforms, the last one falling (a runway trend), Vanity Fair's Elizabeth Saltzman Walker intervened. Grabbing a tissue from her Chanel bag, she gave the catwalk a quick swipe. It didn't really solve the problem, but it must be nice for the girls to know that someone's got their backs.

apparently the poor girl was traumatized after the show because she had to walk for DIor right after and she was crying and saying that she couldn't model anymore... Vivienne told her it was nothing

stupid models.. they can`t even walk the damn runway without breaking their knecks

well try to walk like them wearing a weird dress and on a 5 inch high shoe and we'll see how well you will do it! :p

if they can walk on them... then they can quit

it's not about just walking on high heels, it's about strutting your stuff on a slippery runway, which is slightly harder
