This is what over here we call a steak "A lo pobre"

 

It's the steak (preferably rib-eye) plus one or 2 fried eggs, fries and caramelized onion

 OMG I have had that before and it is delicious!!! :woot: The restaurant I used to order it  from closed bc of the high rent :sad:

I could... but I know their names in Spanish :rofl: 

And the Chilean names... in Argentina they are different for example.

I don't know the name of the "cuts" in English, but I like thin cuts... like for Carpaccio! Cooking is of course unnecessary :rofl: Parmesan cheese is optional ;)
