I had heard that Isabeli was going to be crowned as a VS Angel years ago, but Adriana stepped in a caused a total drama-filled bitchfest that resulted in Isabeli not getting the VS job. Her face has been that full since sienna. It was one of the first things in noticed during vsfs and IWC. I felt like her facial structure had changed

It wasn't full at all at the VSX event, neither it was at the IWC thing in Switzerland

It was kinda full at the VSX event, but it wasn't at the Dossi Dossi show. So, I'd say it really does seem like pregnancy is a possibility.
