I noticed it too, but I think that it's just an inspiration picture, since the look they are going for in Dark Angel ist similar to Angel Ball and what especially Lily wore in that segment.

Go to sleep and miss 5 pages of info. Glad we finally have some stuff coming out.  I figured we would since they would want to promote castings this week. 

 

I like what we've seen of the themes so far. Some of it does look familiar but I'd rather have VS work with what they know rather than try to do some crazy original theme and get some wonky ass outfits. The Mountain theme seems really interesting too. Boo on the damn Beachwaver people being back.  

 

I updated the first post with the cast now that Bee and Candy are officially out. Even with them gone, if all the other contracted girls and fit models walk, we're already at 17 models. 

Come on VS you are in Paris and don't even attempt to do Parisian or French themes. That red sketch is giving me Exotic Traveler vibes which isn't good cause that was an awfully ugly segment. The others look ok and somewhat interesting. Hope they cut back on number of girls this year. So filming and air date are so close together which hopefully means very little editing. Do we know the filming date?

Apparently Roosmarjn got a call back! 

 

Cant say I'm excited to see her, but better than some other girls.

I'm getting a little more excited now  I love Paris. Curious who the performers will be.

 

I hope the FB will go to Adriana, Stella or Jasmine. Or Ale. The rest just no. 

 

Also i hope Candice will still be mentioned and/or featured in it, even though she's not walking i still hope to see her somehow  

I find it kind of odd that VS themselves is separating the old Angels from the New. On the VS All Access for the show, they have the old Angels listed before the new instead of having them all done alphabetically. 

You'd think they'd want to integrate them together a little more considering all the whining talk about the New VS Old Angels.

I was expecting some red/ romantic/baroque lingerie

I have never seen so many impressive models at VS casting as this year. I wouldnt mind at all if the show were "rookies only"

If Sui is back and they don't give it to her, I'll be disappointed. But I always wondered, if Roads Ahead is depicting cultures from all over the world based on the outfits, wouldn't there be a potential backlash or outcry. Someone might just come in and accuse VS of being culturally sensitive, *cough* Karlie from Calendar Girls 2012 *cough*.

I'm still sticking to the fact that they have Lily in mind for the look. The sketch looks nothing like what she wore in AB. Or they are planning on using her wings from AB for the look. There is a wing sticker on the sketch but no wing.

Before you continue any further I am politely asking you to please stop where you are  You have said offensive things in the past that you think you have a strong knowledge about but in reality you were clueless. I know you don't mean to however it doesn't excuse the fact you still did. So again, before you dig yourself a huge hole like you have in the past, please stop. Thank you!

Point taken of my past acts, but please enlighten how a question asking if one of VS' design may potentially cause upset for certain people is considered sensitive? Given that this has happened in the past, I think someone else on the other ends of the world may be wondering about the same thing. 

 

It's fine for you to tell me off. But a rationale would be great, instead of just saying "You should stop at where you are". And to be fair, lets take this to our own pm channel. In return, I'll let whatever we're discussing end with this post.

@PinkCouture I know you already moved some of the sketches into the MISC thread, but would you mind adding some of the screencaps as well? They tend to get buried in here very quickly.
