Lily's also wearing the gold bracelets in her IG video and posted a picture about an early morning call time today. So if it is her she's not being very smart about keeping it a secret. 

The moles match, I will be very happy if it's indeed Lily And for the casting call, it's weird that she doesn't have a video like all the others..

Yes she does. The FB straps/back were a lot higher than the swimsuit ones so it makes it looks like the mole is lower in the former.
