Some press still calls her one ^ what terrible journalism.

An interview she gave to Marie Claire Spain at her last Ipanema shooting.

Its Spanish to English translated, I tried my best to make some things sound better, lol.

The top Brazilian Gisele Bundchen -Marie Claire.es speaks of her experience and her family, while she confesses that does not give up a chunk of chocolate. Do not miss one of her interviews sincere.

What does a typical day in your life?

The first thing I do when I wake up is my bed. I can not feel comfortable if my house is not tidy. After breakfast and do some exercise. Obviously the more I long to have a baby, but I think in a positive way. I like to start the day early because I am a very active person.

What is the best of being a model? And the worst?

The best thing about being a model is that it is a profession that gives you the opportunity to meet new people, places, countries ... I love traveling and I love my profession. The worst thing is I guess the rush, the long waits at airports and can not be so long as I want with my family.

What feeling do you remember about your first days as a model?

Being a model is a very demanding profession. It should be well furnished head so that everything goes well. One of the hardest things is to show that after a beautiful body may also have an interesting mind. At first it was quite difficult. I made over forty castings and I caught. I really love my profession, but I do it my way of life.

What would you be doing if not in style?

I think if no file past, devote more time to design more Ipanema sandals and maybe I would spend even more to my charity projects, but for now I see my life from the world of fashion.

How do you face the test of time?

Hydrate my skin with cocoa butter and clean soil with clay masks. The secret to beautiful skin is that is hydrated and clean. I feel very good about myself and I have never raised an operation.

What are you doing to keep fit?

Every day I play sports, usually yoga and run or I bike. I have over ten years practicing kung-fu and love it. In summer I like surfing and volleyball and in winter I like skiing and often do boxing and horseback riding.

Do you follow a specific diet?

Obviously the models we have to look after, but I never give up my fancy, a piece of chocolate to finish the meal. I drink a vanilla sorbet or a good chocolate mousse. I love it!

How do your makeup in your day to day?

I like to wear natural makeup: lip gloss and mascara. Since I travel so I never forget to bring me a stick of coconut lip because I really drying.

How you care for your hair?

I usually wash it one day like every other, if I have to work. I wash it every day too dry. Usually once a week use mask to moisturize.

How would you define your style?

I love to dress in clothes that make me feel comfortable. Jeans and T-shirts are my allies. For evening dresses I like to mark the body. I do not follow fashion to the letter, if something becomes fashionable and do not like it on me do not wear it.

Since you're a mother perceive the fashion world with different eyes?

When it was learned that I was going to be mother everyone said it would stop the fashion industry but, as you see, is not (laughs). There is nothing more important in the world that my family and they are my priority. Fortunately I've always been able to combine my professional and personal life, but always I have in mind for my baby and my husband. We must protect what's important.

Would you like to have more children?

Yes, We are a large family. I have 5 sisters and I wish Benjamin would also enjoy this. The family is a perfect structure for learning.

What is the trick to flirt with you?

I'm a pretty simple but I look too much into detail. Normally I have music and lighted candles at home ... helps me to relax the spirit. I love Bob Marley and I love Jack Johnson. With dinner, candles and some music I'm happy.

I get the impression she loves modeling and has no plans of stopping anytime soon. :ddr: She really seems to like keeping busy and trying new projects.

How much did Gisele earn this year? Just a little confused because accroding to her profile in forbes, she earned $45 million. Did she earn that last year? Plus she worked a lot more in this past 12 months

Have no idea about Vida, I've wondered too. :( The little wonder dog who has a bigger modeling portfolio than most top models.

Liked this article by Lillian Pacce :)

U.S. Weekly has just confirmed: here comes the second heir to Gisele Bundchen. It would be completing three months of pregnancy, ie, Benjamin, her firstborn, so the company will earn. And apparently Gisele will fulfill even the desire to have many children, as she always told me in interviews.

This week, the top was in Brazil to participate in celebrations of World Environment Day (one of helping to plant 50 000 trees), launched the competition Top CUFA (Unique Central of Slums) Brazil, which will choose the most beautiful between 18 and communities 22 years, and is still shooting fashion editorials. Whew, our top continues full steam ahead!

I'm glad shes a workaholic ^ :D but she has slowed her work down tremendously in recent years.

Candice mentions Gisele in her Muse interview

this must be the 4th time I've seen Candice mention her. :D

On her icons/role models:

"Gisele Bündchen has always been an inspiration and role model as a person and as a business woman. LaetitiaCasta for her natural beauty. I tend to look up to older icons like Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, Karen Mulder..."

Oh wow, 4th time? Candice gets plus points just for mentioning both Gisele and Laetitia lol. I like it!

She's often mentioned Kate Moss as well, surprised she didnt this time around.

Its funny bc I never heard her mention Karen Mulder until I and a few others said she reminded us of a young modern version of Karen. Now she always mentions her as one of her icons. That tells me Candice definitely reads forums. :p

What are your guys favorite Gisele years? for me nothing will ever compare to her 1999/2000 seasons. Look or career wise. Almost all of my favorite work of hers comes from those years, lol. I wish she would go back to that natural hair color too.

career wise I love 90's and early 00' she was everywhere and did so many ads and eds!

and look wise...hmm,I love almost every periods' look of her,in 90's she was like a fairy and I love it  then in early 00's she was so sexy and hot,a real Brazilian look, but imho she was the MOST BEAUTIFUL in 2004-2007,simply PERFECTION! that was her best age! well they say, there's period when woman is amazingly beautiful,so I think these years were her limit! well she's beautiful now too  but then she was incomparable!

I don't get why people say she's always had the same look. Ok well of course she has always had her identifiable signature look (the beachy bombshell aesthetic) but she has switched it up a bit. 90s she was pale with darker hair and wore it wavy. 2000 she began going blonder. 2001 she got bangs and wore her hair stick straight, cut to her chin and it went really blonde etc...I can tell the year of a picture based on her hair, lol.

Rosie gave an interview while in Brazil for Animale and she mentioned Gisele:

"Gisele Bundchen is one example," says Rosie Huntington SP

Check out the exclusive interview with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley:

Earth - You've worked with several Brazilian models during the events of Victoria's Secrets and other parades. What you have to say about them?

RHW - I've always been surrounded by Brazil. England is very small, so we have many models. Since the Brazilians are present in all the parades. These girls are smart, funny, fun and know how to make a living. I love spending time with the Brazilian models, I have fun with them.

Earth - There is some Brazilian model that you admire in particular?

RHW - Gisele Bundchen always admired. I think she is an example for all models. If I could have just a little bit of her career would already be a happy girl. She seems to be a determined woman, a fighter, very strong. I think she is an icon of Brazilian people. Gisele is a woman who is extremely inspiring, not only in the fashion world, she also does great things for the world.

Vogue Brazil's Fashion Director on Gisele, Banana Prints, and Interning for Anna

(NEW YORK) São Paulo Fashion Week is in full swing and Fashion Rio wrapped a few short weeks ago: It's all about Brazil, baby! Your Daily got the dish from Vogue Brazil's longtime fashion director, Giovanni Frasson, on his country's style sensibilities, their ability to unequivocally fit the derriere, and the position he'd be willing to take for a chance to work under Wintour's reign. (It's probably not the title you'd expect!)

BY ALEXANDRA ILYASHOV

So what’s the deal with Vogue Brazil?

I’ve been at the magazine for 25 years. We try to have an international viewpoint, with a Brazilian identity. People like to see life, happiness, color, and sun in a magazine!

Have you ever met Anna Wintour?

No, no, no.

Would you like to meet her?

I would love to.

And what would you like to do with Anna?

If Anna asked me to intern on her Vogue team, I would say yes.

You would intern for American Vogue?

Why not?

What would you do as a Vogue intern?

Anna is brilliant, but my icon is Grace Coddington. For Grace, I’d be willing to get coffee, clean the table, do whatever!

Would Anna’s style work in Brazil?

Yeah! Maybe not the heavy coats. But the way she dresses with skirts, in the summer, would be great. She’s always perfect; it would work very well in Brazil.

Who’s your favorite Brazilian mod?

Gisele. I might hold the Guinness World Records for shooting the most covers of her, over the past 15 years!

What was Gisele like when you first met?

When she was just starting out, Gisele kept a diary with notes on all of her expenses, day by day. She was totally focused, from the start.

Who’s got the best Brazilian butt?

It’s difficult to pick! There’s Gisele, Adriana Lima….they’re all incredible.
