I remember Sara Sampaio had with Lui a similar problem. Well she said the shooting was in Ibiza, but it seems both are from there. Maybe they did both together but were published separately.
April 28, 20205 yr So i watched her livetalk with krissroma yesterday.. and there is so much hypocrisy in it. There was one question, if the photographer would be sued too, her answer was, she didn't see a point in doing that because photographer to things like that all the time??? She did a seminude shoot with Enrique Badelascu in 2015 and since then decited not want to do seminudes or shoot with sheer fabric. But in October 2017 she wore a sheer dress to an Irving Penn exhibit, were her nipples were clearly visible. I dont get her.

But... it is still puzzling me, how is she comfortable with showing her nipples in the red carpet, being photographed.. those pictures are all over the net and been seen by millions. Then she should stop saying, she want never ever being photographed with visible nipples.

There has to be consent and she is the one who should choose when, where and how to show her body. If the magazine ran the photos without her permission to feature nudity, that's an asshole move and Nadine has every right to be mad about it.

No. So you can't know if there is a nudity clause or not. Nadine has done nudity before, I doubt she'd have an issue with the photos unless she didn't agree to it which seems to be the case.

By her own allegation she says it was a verbal agreement which implies there was not such clause.
May 3, 20205 yr Then it's a grey area, it means there was also no clause allowing the magazine could publish pictures containing nudity they assholes and took advantage of a loophole, even after agreeing with her, even if it was just verbally, the reality is they still fucked her up and didn't keep their word.
May 3, 20205 yr Even if they weren't legally in the wrong, it's good that Nadine is raising this issue so that other models are aware of how this magazine operates and can avoid working with them. The court of public opinion is powerful, and it's likely girls will hear about how Nadine was treated and not work with this magazine anymore or at the very least, make sure they have iron clad agreements regarding nudity before working with them.
