It's a service celebrities can use. It gives them a phone number and people can add them as "contacts" and they can just send out mass texts to their fans. You're not texting her directly, her team is managing it. I believe they CAN have individual conversations but I've only seen it used for text blasts or canned responses. It's one of those "text STOP to 98789 to remove yourself from this list" sort of things.
