The Victoria’s Secret model, 20, goes completely naked in a stark monochrome image, part of a larger shoot from celebrated French fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier and available in the publication's forthcoming issue. With a raised knee protecting her modesty, Taylor offers the camera a sultry stare as she sits alongside German Pirelli calendar model Anna Ewers, 23, and Dutch catwalk star Imaan Hammam, 20. Illinois born Taylor is one of Victoria's Secret's hottest prospects after being signed by the lingerie brand in 2014. But she admits that even her loved ones were surprised after she was plucked from obscurity. 'There’s always going to be that part of me that’s the girl who got scouted at 14,' she told the publication. 'I was, like, the opposite of cool. Obsessed with Harry Potter. 'I had all this frizzy hair I didn’t know what to do with; I wore my sisters’ hand-me-downs, which I was too tall for, so nothing ever fitted. 'When this photographer saw me and told me I should model it wasn’t just me who was like, um, really? Even my parents thought – that guy’s insane.' Taylor previously revealed that her modelling career got off to an inauspicious start after she swore her way through the casting process. 'I was just winging it. I didn’t train or do any prep, because you’re always being told, "Don’t get your hopes up, VS is a tricky client"', she told ES Magazine. Fearing she had missed out on her chances on becoming an Angel, the striking brunette relayed her shock when her agent called up to tell her the good news. She added: 'I thought they were going to say I’d messed up and said the F-word too much. Sometimes when I’m nervous it just comes out!' Despite looking every inch the brunette bombshell, Taylor claims she's more of a 'loser tomboy type.' She told the magazine: 'I’m very nerdy, I love to read - I’m not necessarily a girl’s girl.'
