June 21, 20159 yr I'm still to this day confused why everyone was freaking out about Taylor not working for a month after being hired. She was obviously getting her vacation time out of the way, and it wasn't like VS was going to hire her, pay her a bunch of money and then never use her. So much worry over nothing. Vacation time during the summer... who would of thought it.
June 21, 20159 yr Is just that she didn't work for them either before or right after getting signed (with the exception of the #NewestAngels shoot of course), which was odd because all the other eight models (because Kate G hasn't done shit for them yet o.o) had been working non-stop for the brand all of 2015 or right around the announcement. And with VS signing so many girls, you know that out of those 10 models at least three will fade and get dropped within 12 months, it's just a matter of which ones.

Cause as of now I only see 2-3 models who have that "it" factor and I'd rather not go into whom I feel has "it" for fear of this thread being turned into a bunch of butt-hurt fans who want to argue every case in the world for why Model A is better then model Model F with me.
June 21, 20159 yr I found it a little odd that she wasn't either but it's clear now they have most of the girls on some kind of rotation. I think someone said in the main VS thread that the addition of all the new girls means everyone won't be used for everything like they used to do. But I'm glad she's been shooting for them more, she's looked amazing. So far? Kate is the obvious choice, maybe Martha?
June 21, 20159 yr I think the weirdest part to me was how little they used Taylor before signing her, but she's done two events for them in the last week, and has a couple more shoots under her belt now. I agree that Kate probably won't last past this year's show. It's been 4 months since the Newest Angels announcement and she's shot once. The other nine girls have been used pretty evenly, but I could see Lais and Martha fading out quickly or just being filler/back burner girls. Angel controversy aside, Taylor looks great in the picture, and I really like that suit.
June 21, 20159 yr I think she's one of the few new girls (and maybe even all Angels included ) who has that "it" factor and the potential to be huge or as big as models can be these days. I'm assuming the people at VS felt that way too. If they're smart they'll continue to push her because she has the chance to be a big name for them. I agree, I could see Lais (unfortunately) being a filler along with Martha. They have so many now that it'll be easy for some to fall through the cracks and clear favorites will emerge if they haven't already.
June 21, 20159 yr Tbh anyone could be dropped, this is VS we're talking about I hope Taylor stays for long, she has the look, the attitude and more importantly she is very young which means VS has enough time to build her like they did with Dri, Ale, Candice and Behati The only one I can see staying long-term with VS 100% for sure it's Elsa and not because I happen to like her best, but because she was a Pink spokesperson and all three former spokespersons stayed for the long-run (heck Ale & Bee are still around), plus she's by far the most used new Angel since the show and the announcement. All other nine women IDK how VS would handle them, but we'll have a better idea when they start shooting Christmas and promos for the show. I do think Kate G is most likely to be the first one to get chopped tho.
June 22, 20159 yr I hope Taylor stays for a long time too. I've seen a lot of comments from people worried that signing with VS will hurt her HF career but I don't really see that happening. She can easily do both and so far it hasn't seemed to deter it. I agree. Out of all of the new girls, Elsa has the best shot at staying with them long term. People are gravitating towards her and she's popular with the social media crowd which is really important these days. I'm curious to see how they handle the Christmas stuff this year but yeah, I think that's going to tell us a lot, along with who gets camera time for VSFS.
June 22, 20159 yr ^ I agree with you. Taylor will be a star If "build" right and so will Sara and Elsa. However, let's not forget Elsa Is turning 27 this year (Candice's age). I can see her getting around for 3-5 years max (which Is already great). But I do think there's the possibility of us ending up getting surprised with Kate. I mean, sometimes the "obvious choices" aren't that obvious... Anyways, I'm so excited for Taylor to be doing swim, can't wait for the results.
