July 24, 20168 yr Author Here Is Your Confirmed Cast For Season 6 Of 'American Horror Story' by Dimaris, July 8th, 2016 at 4:52am The highly anticipated Season 6 of American Horror Story is creeping closer and closer — so close you can hear that haunting theme ringing in your ears Itching to know more about the illusive season since the end of Season 5's Hotel, fans were finally thrown a bone with a premiere date, reported episode count and new teaser/clue. All that's left are the most important factors — theme and cast. Although Ryan Murphy and everyone involved are still remaining silent on what the premise of the next installment will be, we at least have some names that we will definitely be seeing on our screens in September. Here are the confirmed cast members for Season 6 so far: Evan Peters Evan Peters has appeared in every season and is definitely a key member to the world of American Horror Story. Peters confirmed his return in an interview earlier this year while promoting his recent film X-Men: Apocalypse. Denis O'Hare Denis O'Hare is another actor who has been in American Horror Story since it first hit our screens in 2011. He was absent in Season 2's Asylum but has been present in every other season. O'Hare accidentally confirmed his return in a video interview earlier this year. Matt Bomer Matt Bomer joined American Horror Story in a brief role, during the show's fourth season Freak Show. He appeared in a bigger role for Season 5's Hotel. Bomer confirmed his return in an interview with Magic Radio. Angela Bassett Angela Bassett made a great addition to the cast when she joined the ranks in Season 3's Coven. She has appeared on the show ever since. Bassett was one of the earliest members confirmed, and even teased that she could possibly be playing a psychic. Leslie Jordan Leslie Jordan made a brief appearance in Season 3 as a member of the coven's council. His sassy and flamboyant Quentin certainly made a lasting impression. In an interview with Washington Blade, Jordan confirmed his return to American Horror Story, also stating that he was due to be in Freak Show but pulled out because of another project. Cheyenne Jackson Cheyenne Jackson was one of the newcomers in Season 5. Though only being in Hotel, Jackson confirmed via Out Magazine that he will make an appearance in Season 6. Lady Gaga Lady Gaga made her TV debut in Season 5's Hotel. Now with a Golden Globe thanks to her role on American Horror Story, the countess herself confirmed back in March during a radio interview with Z100 that she will return for Season 6. The cast list so far for the next installment is pretty solid, yet fans including myself still find it hard to imagine the show without queen bee Jessica Lange. Many familiar faces such as Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy, Wes Bentley, Emma Roberts, Finn Wittrock, Chloë Sevigny and possibly a return from Connie Britton all have yet to be officially confirmed.
July 29, 20168 yr Author Current theories on the new season Mix and match? We know for sure there is two themes this year. Orphanages Nazi Testing on kids Rosemary's Baby influence. Texas Chain saw Massacre + The Hills Have Eyes Children of the corn Forest - Peter Pan, Deliverance and The Exorcist Manson Murders + Deliverance An abandoned nuclear test town or something + Children of the Corn
July 29, 20168 yr Haunted forest/wood + crazy family (Trump? ) or "crossing my finger" serial killer > Wolf creek.
July 30, 20168 yr Author Confirmed the theme this year will have two different stories - A theory that is floating around is polygamist and all the odd shit that comes with them.
July 30, 20168 yr Author "What's Cooking?" One of the three released earlier in the week, "What's Cooking" shows a desolate farmhouse chimney emitting smoke in the shape of the sixth-season logo. But now that we know the title of the teaser, it gives the smoke a whole new dimension. And that chainsaw firing up? Guess it's time to carve up dinner! "Sunset Stroll" Ahh, finally a lovely family stroll between a mother, father and daughter. What a relaxi--GOOD GOD WHAT IS UP WITH THEIR EYES!?!? Are the possessed? Are they aliens? Are they zombies? Are they possessed alien zombies? Probably. "Post Op" The funniest and most twisted of the bunch, "Post Op" shows some poor sap getting stapled up after some head surgery and a wise-cracking doctor telling him to "keep it dry." Yeah, I'm sure that's all it will take to keep that wound clean. This has that AHS: Asylum vibe, which is fine with me since that was one of the show's best seasons. Could we be headed back to Briarcliff Manor? Some have speculated that Murphy isn't saying much about Season 6 because it will work in previous seasons. "Lullaby" Fact: Cribs are scary because they usually contain babies, which are extremely mortifying. Here, Murphy takes the classic baby mobile and decorates it with meat hooks, knives and other tools of terror. And of course whatever demonspawn is actually in the crib reaches up its gruesome paw and grabs the knife. Thanks for the nightmares, Mr. Murphy. "Lullaby" suggests that a baby will be in the mix, and online chatter has predicted that the baby born in Season 1 will come into play here in Season 6. \ "Descent" Okay, so I'm never taking the stairs again. Is this the Murder House basement? "Millis Crossing" This one's actually somewhat beautiful! Provided your idea of beautiful includes creepy crawlies slinking around your head. The most baffling of the bunch, this doesn't appear to give any hint about the sixth season except that it will be nauseating. Also, leave it to Murphy to make a Coen Brothers reference and turn it gross.
August 2, 20168 yr Quote 'American Horror Story' New Set Photos Hint At Lost Colony "American Horror Story" fans are going to get a dose of seriously creepy history in season 6 ... at least based on these pics we got from the set. TMZ has obtained the first shots from the 'AHS' set in Santa Clarita, CA ... and one word etched into a tree is a HUGE hint about the theme: CROATOAN. If you paid attention in school ... you remember that word from the mystery of Roanoke -- the 1590 North Carolina colony where 117 people vanished. The only clue was the word "CROATOAN" -- a nearby Native tribe -- carved into bark. There have been all kinds of creepy legends about the colony. Check out the set pics -- they all center around a colonial-era farm. Plus, our 'AHS' spies have spotted the cast in Pilgrim-era clothing, and the the teaser trailers are on point, too. Hope you don't scare easily. tmz.com

August 3, 20168 yr Author CROATOAN!!!!!! I'm a huge Roanoke Island buff, now I'm waiting for the second theme to drop.
August 3, 20168 yr Author Update: A photo from Romika Annabell Osorio posted on Instagram confirms her involvement in the show along with Kathy Bates and Cuba Gooding Jr. It looks like FX’s “American Horror Story” is going back in time once again as it’s been revealed that the sixth season will tackle the mystery of the Roanoke Colony disappearance. Set photos posted by TMZ reveal period locations and the ace in the hole is a photograph of a tree with the word “Croatoan” carved into it. The disappearance of 118 colonists in the late 16th century has long baffled historians who are uncertain of where these people could’ve gone. There are theories that the colonists carved the word “Croatoan” into a fence post as a way of letting anyone who stumbled across their deserted outpost know that they moved to Croatoan island, which has since been renamed Hatteras Island. However, that hasn’t been confirmed and there are still rumors persisting of something more supernatural having occurred. According to FX CEO John Landgraf, the sixth season of the show will be, “…set in two time periods…but principally in the present.” It’ll be interesting to see how these two parallel storylines interact with one another. However, knowing “American Horror Story”, they’ll figure out a rather…interesting way for everything to have some sort of cohesion. It’s been confirmed that Lady Gaga will be returning to the show but no other casting news has been confirmed. We hope to see Angela Bassett, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Denis O’Hare, Matt Bomer, Wes Bentley, Cheyenne Jackson and Finn Wittrock return.
