I even had a full coverage bra on, and they were still doing jumping jacks And also, I felt they were holding me back---if I didn't have them I could have run faster. They do work, I just prefer not to wear one everyday b/c it doesn't look very good under certain clothes <_< And it squishes my boobs making them look flat
