It's the episode when Olivia learns that Stabler's wife left him. That has Albert Finney in it too and is a GREAT piece of acting for Modine as well as Finney and Kevin Anderson (who plays Modine's brother) in the film. If you haven't seen this....find it. When they showed it the first time, they allowed the audience to decide the verdict by going to nbc.com to vote either "Guilty or "Not Guilty". I voted "Not Guilty", and so did most of the audience.
