I don't even remember I only download every video of my absolute favorite models or if I think that a certain video might be quite popular. (due to limited disk space) I usually post them as a downloadable option... So if I did not provide a download option I don't think the video was worth it. (personal opinion/preference) Unfortunately I can't foresee if a uploader deletes or protects their video some time later...
