I can't remember his name, but in the new Vogue Living magazine, there's a big article featuring KK and her new NYC apartment and in it there's a quote that says, "People always ask me if I'm dating the same guy" and she responds that Yes, in fact, she IS still dating the same man, and has been for 5 years. The apartment is one that they bought together.

This would explain why she got teary-eyed on the VS show. She's been with this guy for a long time now.
