Victoria's Secret Takes Rome

 

In case you don't have an Instagram account, you may have missed the Victoria's Secret Angels descended on Rome last week to shoot their notoriously sexy annual Christmas campaign. Meticulously documented by the likes of Adriana Lima, Stella Maxwell and Lily Aldridge (among the other usual suspects - see a full list here), the shoot was inspired by Audrey Hepburn's 1953 film Roman Holiday.

Hollywood heavyweight Michael Bay directed the campaign, which saw the lingerie-clad super-humans frolic around the Italian capital, wings in tow. Here, we take you behind the scenes of the campaign, which is slated for release later in the year.

In case anybody cares, VS finally fixed the #NewestAngels tags on VSAA, they now redirect to each Angel's page instead of just a list of the tagged videos/pics.

I wanna talk to the person who chose the photos for this. Seriously, they all look bad. (as much as a supermodel can look bas, at least)

really? i saw some so gorg shots of Taylor and they choose that one...also the photoshop on the tits is way too obvious

Poor Taylor. Before this photo I could swear it was not possible for her to look bad in picture... YET, they chose the only one where she looks freaking miserable.

 

I'm okay with the natural look, I actually prefer it, but she looks kinda ill in this.

Those shots of the girls from the commercial are amazing. They all look fantastic.

Sounds like they're doing another swim special this year. Taylor just said on WGN that she was going to be there.

 

Not surprising, I think the first did okay ratings wise and they can use this one to push their newer girls even more. I wonder who else will be in.

 

 

 

Now that I think about it... It's so weird how they did not include Lais in the swim special if they had everything set for her Angel contract. All the girls who have been working with the brand heavily who became an angel (Martha, Jasmine and Elsa) were there.

I forgot she wasn't a part of the swim special, that is strange. I'm sure she'll be involved this year. I'm guessing it's going to be all of the new girls + Candice and Behati. 

Whoever chooses the covers needs to be replaced. Quite often there are better shots from the campaigns.

Taylor is beautiful but that is not the most flattering picture.

Taylor event photos are coming out and she looks amazing but I don't like her dress. I feel like I've seen it on another model but different color
