The whole wishing someone a "Merry Christmas" is a slippery slope and involves a deeper conversation beyond BZ.

 

The non-religious elements of Christmas like giving, sharing, family, friends, love, gifts, etc. are universal

So the new Candice will be Behati in terms of overusing. 

 

I've never seen them make a big deal over their swim covers before? I thought it was always the Dreams & Fantasies that was the big cover.

^ They have made a big deal about it in the past. Usually having it revealed on some entertainment news show. Not as big of a deal as the Holiday cover but still something they do highlight. I think b/c of the upcoming TV special they are promoting it even more this season

So Behati replaced Candice as SAS model and the Swim Cover? Congratulations Behati, you will now be pushed down everyone's throat until everyone becomes sick of you*. Going to look for the Swim cover right now, just to annoy VS if I find it first

I remember when Candice got the cover in 2013 and then everybody began reporting about it like it was a huge deal, but I think she also got it in 2012 and no fucks were given by anybody. Pretty sure that's how Behati's going to go to, the same kind of road to wearing the FB as Candice did, get the SWIM catalogue, a SWIM show with her hubby, continue to hype her across the year and then comes the show where she proceeds to wearing the FB. 

So they are doing a whole TV show to promote the swim line but the actual swim catalog has nothing from that shoot ... Okay, that makes a lot of sense

About the Candice being replaced by Behati, people were complaining about Candice being overused. At least she's hot and even though I was one of the people that was tired of her, I had to admit she's smoking....behat on the other hand, not so much and that's going to make her overexposure even more difficult.

I so wish Adriana was part of this swim shoot, sexy is her one true forte. What a waste.

The catalogue is actually very good. Best swim shots they've done in a very long time. I love Russel James but I'm glad they went for a different photog for the shoot in Hawaii. At least I'm assuming they did because these shots look so different to his. It's nice when VS change it up.

^ no because we rarely care about clothig catalogs, there's only five covers actually "important" Christmas I & II, Swim I & II and Valentine's Day.

I dislike the cover a lot, it's basically Behati's worst picture from the shoot and let's not even talk about how that swimsuit makes her boobs looks o.O

Other than that the catalog is indeed good and as Kev guessed it wasnt photographed by Russell James, it was Greg Kadel. I'm glad VS is finally changing thigs up because Russell's photography is boring AF.
