I never noticed until now, and it's so distracting because the bottle is giant and is not even the same colors of the bra and it makes so much contrast with the golden background and the FB picture it's all golden and it blends, you notice the bottle first and the bra second. Poor Marisa though, she really did get an uber shitty treatment. She was out the door and VS knew it I am not sure why VS doesn't give the FB a full spread. It downplays and minimizes the exclusivity of the bra. It just blends in with the rest of the catalog. I guess highlighting the bra with a full spread would be too logical for VS I understand why they used a golden background but it didn't really work color and tone-wise. The fact she didn't really pose and the picture is kinda busy did not help either I agree the fragrance grabs your attention before the bra b/c of the contrasting colors and the white space Marisa definitely got the short end of the stick FB-wise. She had the smallest FB catalog picture and I think her's cost the least Thank you PinkCouture!! You are welcome just my thoughts!
October 20, 201311 yr Well it's always advertised for sale, however no one really buys it. At least I haven't heard of any FB being bought after the show. Usually, they disassemble it after each show and the precious stones go back to where they came from.But the bra is always featured in the Christmas catalogues. It's just a tradition, always has been. Even the very first one, with Claudia Schiffer, was also a cover.

October 21, 201311 yr You all are still missing the point of why someone even mentioned Adriana & Alessandra and honestly i'm just over it, Baron will always find a way to make it sound as if everything is Adriana's fault (or her fans) and Jennka will agree will whatever is that Baron is saying so ... Agree to disagree I guess and this is the last of me on this topic, it annoys me to get stuck in endless discussions And I don't think VS made Miranda, they obviously helped her but she also had the Orlando publicity on her side and a great management Team ... She has handled her career very well if she decided to leave VS, there was no more growing room for her there right now and she doesn't need the VS publicity either.

October 21, 201311 yr We don't. But at the end of the day, each and every Angel left because VS didn't pay them enough to make them stay. And VS didn't do that because they thought they weren't worth it. So the split was mutual. And people need to get over it.

October 21, 201311 yr Yeah I doubt Chanel left because she wanted to, she was all over the moon with VS and I just don't think she abruptly decided to leave. Same for Selita. We only have 100% confirmed Izabel as a model who decided to leave because she wanted to leave. Gisele, Miranda, Rosie & Karolina may have left because of the money or because VS didn't feel like keeping them around in the terms they wanted, although I'm more inclined to think that both Rosie & Karolina didn't even try to renegotiate and they just really did want to leave regardless of what VS was offering.
October 21, 201311 yr ^ From what I have heard and gathered, VS and Gi felt it was time for her to move on. VS couldn't afford to pay her what's she's worth, and she has made a solid name for herself that she no longer needed VS. I think she also wanted to explore other projects. I am pretty sure it is a similar situation with KK---VS and her agreed it was time for her to move on. Rosie, I get the feeling she was the one who made the decision to leave. Miranda, I think was a money thing. Selita, they probably decided not to renew her. Not sure about Chanel though.

October 21, 201311 yr VS needs to feel like it's Adriana's time to move on like today, I am desperate for her to leave I still think that if VS had offered more money, Gisele & Miranda would have renewed though. Not the case with with Karolina & Rosie, I truly think they were just like BYE.
October 21, 201311 yr Because she's been there already for an eternity and she is like the only one who still has exclusivity with VS, which is good for her I guess because it means she's making a ton of money but it means that she can't do shit in the US because of her VS contract and that even work outside the US is very limited. I am dying for her to do other brands and get some cosmetic campaigns. Plus VS just keeps going downhill, every year the shoots/shows are lamer than the year before. She looks good in her pictures (as seen in my awesome set ) but they're nothing especial anymore, at least VS used to be creative before with the shoots and all that. Honestly I'm over it with VS, it annoys me to still have to check on it only because of Adriana
