I've read that pulling is actually more efficient than pushing. I work on my upper body+abs+arms+back like 2-4 times a week, depending on how hard I hit them. I do a half-body split about 3 times a week in addition to karate and running. I've seen most progress in the first months after I started to do it regularly. Father time is really something, she is unrecognizable. I had forgotten that my mom was once young and good looking. My dad however, doesn't look that different.
