The "de" is like "from" the family Oliveira, it's normal in Brazil. Flavia does not have a myspace or orkut. 'De" is not a family name, My Name is Thiago Mello, but my mother could've used Thiago De Mello just to be prettier, it would be the same thing, "de" means "from".
