Like few posts, leave a nice "thanks for support" message and they'll continue to be a free PR machine. Although I believe stars do have people who run alt accounts for them. It would be silly not to. But most importantly: STAY AWAY FROM COMMENTS SECTION! Or hire someone to manage (and filter) your accounts for you.
