According to this article Keanu Reeves will now play Holmes in Devil in White City Hulu series that Leo & Marty are now just producers for 

 

I had so wished Leo had been able to do this part

 

I've read the book this was based on, and while Holmes was truly a sick person,  part of his ability to lure so many into his deadly trap was due to his extremely charismatic presence that had not just women , but men including the prison guards who guarded him to his hanging  ,being drawn to him

Can someone explain to me why This Movie did not receive any Award?. All is Perfect. Leo's acting is great here.

The cast of actors is second to none, The Story is great, But It was a forgotten Movie, Sadness.

None of the main actors are said to participate in these reshoots.The casting call is asking for a photo double (possibly for DiCaprio) and a few extras. There’s also the necessity in getting a 1920s period haircut.

 

If you remember, additional shooting on the film took place in Pawhuska, Oklahoma back in May.

 

A rough cut of Scorsese’s film was screened for Apple and Paramount execs last month. One person told me, “it is a bravura piece of filmmaking in all areas, and with a social consciousness, as the book was, at its heart”.

 

Of course, these reshoots should not deter you from the fact that we might still get “Killers of the Flower Moon” in December. There is no reason to think 2022 isn’t an option with five months of the year still left.

 

 

As I was told by someone from deep inside the Scorsese creative team, “Marty knows when he wants the best version of his movie seen, whenever and whatever that takes. It’s all about the virtue of patience.”

I saw a lot worse movies than TMITIM. I also saw better. But the razzi nomination for Leo here was ridiclious and I will die on that hill. Period.

 

Alone the visuals, costumes, original sets, cast and Leos face are worth the watch. (I also liked the soundtrack).
