It's funny how, in movies or TV shows, when there's a virus, it's always the same routine: first symptoms, they wonder WTF is going on, the doc finds out it's a virus, a bunch of people die, but then a couple of days later (sometimes hours) the doc finds a cure. They call it a "disaster scenario", but the cure is found in a couple of days at worst! They really gotta review their standards.

    I've never tried to eat the broccoli stems, but they say you can cook them and make a soup out of them. I'm gonna try it, with the covid stuff going on, it's even more important to not wasted fresh products
