You should go to this thread more often. It's always interesting to get other people's perspectives. Just take one example I'm sure we'll agree on: the media talk a lot about body positivity nowadays and why not.... why would you want to anything else? Positivity sounds good, but if you don't remind people that obesity and overweight are dangerous for the health (and the covid crisis shows this too), then we are harming them, aren't we? Also, the main cause of obesity is processed food. So, in the end, those do-gooder media are indirectly protecting the giant oligopolies behind processed food. A lot of their ad revenues might come from these oligopolies. Is that really "so progressive"? Anyway, I'm rambling on again...

@CandleVixen I'm rewatching DS9, I'm trying to catch episodes I might've missed when I was younger, but I don't remember the episode titles. In any case, it's always enjoyable to rewatch, the whole crew is greally good. Jadzia Dax is probably my favorite female character of ST.
