    After a little research and looking at a number of images of this model, I believe she is Fenja Schulze.

    The photographer is Ralph Cornesse, and his website is www.contrastwerkstatt.de Not sure if that helps but it's a place to start.

    I looked on the IG's and websites of the production company, the director, ad agency and found nothing. I was wondering if anyone here might see this pics and recognize her. Thanks for looking. She also appears in this ad at 0:49 as "Annie" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PEC6g1LIMY

    Do you think this might also be her? Again, the position of the mole near her collarbone might be a lead. I don't know which search methods you use, but you might be more successful in find the original source of this image than me.

    Okay, this might be a long shot. In this Pantene video "Labels Against Women" at the 0:46 mark, you see your model (With matching mole) and she is credited in the comments as Catriona Gray. Not sure if this helps you or not. Hope so. There is also a compilation reel of her TV commercial work here. (Pantene spot at 3:08)
