Mehhh Close enough I guess. I'm not going for the traditional dish though. There's this incredibly delicious little Puerto Rican place near me in Chicago and I usually just buy my rice from them instead of home cooking. (because lets be honest, I'll fuck it up) and then I just bake some chicken breast and veggies at home. So I'm just trying to throw some shit together and hope it tastes good. haha.
