Then attack Alessandra's Agent because he is the one that said Marisa's contract wasn't renewed. It's not us, honestly I don't give a crap about Marisa one way or the other, if she's there or not it doesn't make a difference. But it wasn't really Lima-Fans.com contacts (though it's not really hard to have contacts if you look around) it was one of Ale's and her people. KK decided to leave before the vsfs but she still had to do what she was contracted. If marisa and vs decided to leave their partnership at the door, it was probably months ago because they make the decision who wears the fantasy bra in May-June if not earlier because they shoot the campaign in July. Everything is about 4-6 months in advance, so things probably changed. Selita is another example of this. No need to hold a grudge or anything, hell it doesn't matter. Who gives a flying shit who has contacts and doesn't or knows more and doesn't blah blah blah. I for one bring it up when people ask questions and a contact has provided this information. Marisa will get other jobs, the angels will continue whatever at this point. Life goes on NEXT!

Adriana and Alessandra both have contracts that are obviously expiring. Adriana resigned in 2008 her 5 year contract which indeed does take her to 2012, but last year signed a 5 year beauty contract on top of her angel contract...so it's been an obvious assumption that she would resign her angel contract again. the thing is Adriana and Alessandra, along with Heidi are the company's favorites and the ONLY way they leave is if they WANT to, their contracts are their for payment...they aren't under the same pressure of if it will get resigned. This was said by someone who actually has contacts with someone on Alessandra's management team, who has inside information on VS (obviously) and their top girls. Monica's office usually won't leak exact details about contracts, some but not a lot of info. Their more willing to give information about launches and events before hand, and Monica herself is pretty apt to get back to someone who calls if it pertains to a big event, she actually called Savanna (from Lima-Fans.com) back once. So it's pretty safe to assume Adriana has (as well as Ale) several more years under their belts. I think Behati is a main angel, and she just focuses on PINK, because to say she's just a PINK angel at this point is just redundant. She's done other items besides the PINK line, and the other angels only do certain things. Adriana doesn't do clothing anymore, or hardly any swim. Doutzen doesn't do a lot of clothing, Izabel (when she was an angel) didn't do a lot of underwear...just because they focus the girl on one section doesn't make her any less of an angel. The problem is VS bases the girls success on how much she can move in the company, such as product. They actually track and trace this, and if she can't bring in even one fourth to half as much as they are putting in..why is it worth it. People like Heidi, Adriana, Alessandra, and in the past Gisele, and Tyra can bring in quite a bit due to their fan bases and people who buy stuff just because they wear it. Some girls can't get that following, and if they aren't seeing the popularity with them as well, along with if the girl doesn't want to continue with the company makes an impact. the problem is VS in the past has way to many Angels, if they would keep it at 5 they would stop having so many problems, along with switching it up every year.

It depends a few Angels have 5 year but most have 3 year.

I wouldn't be so sure...it's pretty obvious Doutzen...and Candice is an angel, even if people ant to deny it...she's not going to be the face and star of the semi annual sale. Plus press interviews and etc. Marisa was edited out of the last part of the making of the Christmas commercial, she was removed from AllAccess, and a big deal is (this was brought up by Tori) is that her people stay on top of everything! They haven't said a word, and by now they would have. Plus she only got two outfits in the fashion show, and that's super odd, when all the other angels (except for Behati) was dressed in the usual three. The Love rocks stuff has been pulled in a lot of stores, she's not launching it and etc. I think we can assume, with the obvious Marisa is no longer with VS.

At first I didn't care for Miranda, it's only been the last couple weeks I've started liking Miranda and Marisa lol...and now they might be gone. Honestly, from what I see that they are replacing them with...it's not very promising...past Candice. So now, I'm hoping she's going to continue to work, I really don't want her to disappear and just turn out to be known as Bloom's girlfriend, that wouldn't be good at all. Tori I agree about Marisa's team, I think something would have been said by now if the rumor was false.

Who marisa? Because that's pretty much confirmed she's gone. Or are you talking about miranda? Either way Miranda or Marisa it doesn't matter if she shot it last year, obviously something happened between now and then, heck look at KK and Izabel and Selita...all continue to work, they were in promotional videos all the year before then gone. Same goes for Marisa, she's gone now too (pretty much) Anyway I'm hoping Miranda isn't gone, because it was pretty much suspected it would be Miranda, marisa or Doutzen that was gone...and now with Marisa obviously gone, I'm frightful Miranda is going to be next, or already has been.

Marisa is suspected to be gone, because she's not on the official supermodels list on the vsallaccess page, a lot of her stuff if not all of it is being pulled by stores, her campaign for love rocks is being re-done...and she's not in any of the promotional videos anymore, as she use to be. More than likely she is no longer an angel. Blair, I hope you weren't saying Heidi was a HF model...because she was far far from it, Heidi has and always will be a commercial model that's it. The thing for Miranda is (if she left VS, which I think she did) she is well known and her popularity will get her a lot of work, it's not like someone like Izabel (Who I love) but she wasn't famous enough to still get major campaigns and etc so I think Miranda's popularity in the future will help her hold her own out in the fashion world. I don't think she's to old to do some editorials and etc, heck look at her fellow angels...now I do think she would be to old to just break into the fashion world, if she was indeed doing that...but she's well established and she has a name and rep to get her work.

She used to seem so happy and enthusiastic to be working for VS...and she's just not anymore, the above interview proves it. She's been loosing weight, she's not in many campaigns anymore for them. I don't know only time will tell. Tori, I agree with what you said on the last page. She seems to do very well with the american public. VS would be very very stupid to get rid of her, she's the only one for a long time that can stand up and hold her own in the public with the likes of Adriana, when Alessandra has come close before but Miranda even beats her which nuff said. If they get/got rid of her, it was not only bad for the public, but it's also bad for their press considering she does draw in quite a bit. Brooklyn Decker Victoria's Secret Swim 2010 B-Roll Brooklyn's B-Roll Interview / Photoshoot Footage Promoting the 2010 Swimwear Collection for Victoria's Secret Brooklyn is doing a lot for the 2010 year for VS, and seems to be the fourth headlining supermodel promoting the VS swimwear line this year alongside Alessandra, Miranda, and Candice. This is something that only upcoming angels seem to do, so could this be leading to something? I personally would love for her to be an angel, I adore her and think she's gorgeous!

She's done talk shows, and many other things it's pretty obvious...plus they've singled her out now as an angel. Even if you take the whole facebook thing out of it, it's absolutely dead on obvious she's an angel! They don't hardly ever announce or make a statement of the Angels being signed, Victoria's Secret never does that. The article about Doutzen, wasn't even from the offices of Victoria's Secret, it was second party information. Victoria's Secret never makes a statement who gets signed or dropped, (Gisele being the one exception) they might mention it a year later in passing like "one of our angels yadda yadda" It basically is something you have to look for. Does she do launches? yes Is she doing major campaigns? Yes Is she part of the mainstream commercials? Yes Is she doing press, interviews etc? yes. One of these by itself doesn't prove anything but all of them together do. She's done solo interviews, interviews with the other angels, she has been singled out in her own profile launch, the people at who do the Victoria's Secret PR reels (the ones film the swimwear shoots, and all the behind scenes stuff, that's actually NOT done by VS...like they try and make it seem) singled her out to promote the Swim 2010 collection with Miranda *Preview below* Also she is the star of the Semi Annual Campaign this year (VS will not have a non-Angel do something so huge) I think it's past a denial point now. Like I said take out the whole facebook thing and it's still obvious. Keep in mind the same group of people who run the facebook page, run the all access page...so you can't really trust one without the other. Monica's office is staying kind of quite about it, last time I spoke to them they weren't allowed to say much, but they did say (in an email as well) that the angel line up would be changing. Since we know which angels are contracted for several more years that only left a couple that were on the chopping block, with Marisa gone, my guess is Candice, and possibly Rosie will step up and take a spot. I wouldn't count Brooklyn out either, because she's a big part of the Swim 2010 campaign and she's a big part of the 2010 schedule it looks like.

Well she filmed stuff and etc (as well as the other angels) and CBS didn't include it, so that wasn't really VS's fault. Adriana wasn't the only angel they did that too, they cut a lot of stuff due to the Model search <_<

She is very lucrative to VS...they have said on many many occasions that the ONLY way she'll leave, is if she wants too. She is signed for another 5-7 years, alongside Alessandra. Those two are their money makers and this year proved to VS just how valuable Adriana is to the company, they actually received many many complaints that Adriana was not there...heck people who don't like her said they missed her. She isn't going anywhere. Also from what I've heard from people actually at her baby shower and people who live at her building...she's already got her body back except a little pooch. Apparently at the baby shower people were commenting on how she didn't look like she had a baby...and this was a few days afterward. Also about giving her a contract when they knew she was pregnant?? That's never stopped them before with Ale and Heidi (who both resigned right before their pregnancies) It's part of their job to get back into shape, and the company expects that...so I'm sure that's how she looks at it, as does she. Plus before she got pregnant she recently became kind of a fitness freak. She was working out 3-5 hours a day...I think she'll be fine. Also Marko is going back and forth to Spain, he's not living there. (heck he just went and played his first game and etc and that's pretty important and she didn't go) Plus from what it sounds like from the press conference he did, he has only signed for the remaining of this season. Not permanently. Plus keep in mind she lived in Paris for a couple years in 2003-early 2005 and those were her busiest years with VS. They recently bought a home in Miami, where they reside. As for her PR rep, Beau has been very open with our website and has informed us, that Adriana moved PR firms because she was receiving offers tons of them for appearances in tv shows, and movies...she's not ready to go mainstream yet she's got many many years with VS, and other work before she transitions. So it's just another opportunity. Also update for everyone. VS has said Adriana will be back to work around March and it will be yet another big year for Adriana, and she'll be back to doing many launches and will be working quite a bit for the company. Quick Summery lol She isn't moving across seas, she's pretty much got her body back (been said by about 10 people lol) and she's VS's highest paid model beside Heidi, Ale right behind her and she's not leaving anytime soon. Adriana and Ale aren't going anywhere, for a long time. Like I said maybe in 5-7 years...people can keep hoping but it's not gonna happen.

Well you can't really say that about the fantasy bras, if you look at it it's not really that way. Gisele - 2000, stayed. Heidi - 2001, stayed (She'll be around for much longer) Karolina - 2002, stayed Heidi - 2003, stayed Tyra - 2004, 2005 gone (but it was a whole other year later) Karolina - 2006, 2008 gone (again gone but 2 years later, plus she left because she wanted to get into acting) Selita - 2007, 2008 gone Adriana - 2008, stayed (we know she's contracted for another 5-7) Marisa - 2009, gone. So really there has only been two that went right after the bra...so I wouldn't say it's common at all. As for Marisa she'll do fine, we all knew the angel line up would be changing and knew that only a few Angels were safe. I expected (and still expect, one of them still) Miranda and/or Doutzen to go, to make room for the other girls. Never expected Marisa, but looks like she was the first one cut. It was interesting because first she was gone from VS All Access, and then she wasn't interviewed or shown in any of the third installment of the "making of the christmas commercial" even though she was on set for that part, and now with the event for Love Rocks launch, she isn't even going to be there. Unfortunately, it's pretty much a given now.

Could someone please post her baby/young photos. I'm looking for them and they're not up on her agency anymore...

Considering that's what Limited told us, and Monica Mitro's people...we believed it. Oh Well better next year lol. As far as I'm concerned the show was a lost cause, and every angel was overshadowed. They could have shown something with Adriana, I'm sure they filmed something and didn't use it (just like they did with the other angels Ale and etc and the music video thing) heck Heidi didn't do hardly do anything, and Marisa was just tossed around like the bra wasn't important. Total waste IMO, all the angels were just nothing in this show...total waste of air time. Ugh The show isn't getting good reviews at all...alot of people didn't see their favorite model..tons of people are wondering where Dri was...it's hard to keep up with them, and people are asking about the fantasy bra, since ti wasn't really even highlighted...it was just to rushed and just horrible. Please VS, go back to the straight runway, and let's do 05 over again please...this was worse than 2007. They could have wrapped and explained that whole model search thing in one segment.

Like I've said before, none of these girls in this show are ugly. Anyone who thinks anyone is (even dri) is showing a pure lack of immaturity. Someone might not be your "cup of tea" like Marisa for me, I don't get the hype...but to call her ugly is beyond ridiculous. None of these girls are ugly, they wouldn't be where they are today or some of the most wanted women in the world. So someone might not be what you consider attractive, but to call someone ugly, or along those lines (in almost every post, you post) just shows that you need to get out in the world and see what real ugly is. But just my opinion.

I think the outfits look amazing, I miss Dri but she's got a huge comeback year coming up so it doesn't matter. Next year should rock even more, as long as they keep it along these same lines. I for one think a lot of the girls look out of place. Maryna is def the star this year, along with Candice but that's nothing new. Some of the "new faces" just look horrid.
