No, she's long left that world behind. Also Adriana and Heidi will be very much involved this year. It's been confirmed both of them will be doing something, my guess is they'll share hosting duties.

My favorite show has to be the 2003 show, it was the perfect mix of lingerie, and costumes. Starting in 05, they started to go slowly downhill. In 2003 almost everything was on target. Actually...I wouldn't be saying that. Adriana most likely will be included, by pre-taped segments shot in Studio, like Heidi did back in 06. Remember the 2006 Gift Card commercial with Heidi singing? She was about 8 months pregnant in that. So they work around it. In no way is a company going to leave out Adriana and Heidi there two biggest names out, esp when it's 100% confirmed Adriana will be present in the fashion show. She'll be taking part, either hosting or something of the sort. This was confirmed by Monica Mitro's office (head of PR of Victoria's Secret) and by someone who works backstage at the show every year. So I don't think she'd be not included from the Christmas commercial for being pregnant, but yet included in the show...no way. Lima-Fans plans on contacting Monica's office later this week, most of have been extremely busy, but any news we hear will be shared asap. She's still working quite a bit during her pregnancy, my guess is a lot of the pregnancy editorial stuff she's doing is just now being shot, while she's bigger and more pregnant so it's more obvious. Liza Anderson (Adriana's PR rep) has confirmed she's working a lot, so I don't see her not being included in the biggest commercial of the year. My guess is she filmed in studio...just like Heidi has in the past from bust up. Like this (in some ways) Adriana was not present when this was filmed, and they just filmed her parts and edited them in (and this was something goofy for the youtube page) and they didn't want to not include her. I think the shots are great. Adriana has deep set eyes, so it doesn't really matter what makeup you put on her most makeup won't show up unless it's extreme like liner, smoky or etc. I see that with a lot of deep set eyes, and if you take off the makeup the eyes seem to "disappear" it's pretty common. With her full lips as well she should never really wear bright loud lips, it can tend to make them look clown like...so I'm sure it's something Vs will learn from. I think the shots are wonderful and put her maybelline stuff to shame, but I agree they could be better...but I think all that would take is for the shots to not be as close up. Maybe take the camera back a bit or not crop the photo as much.

Adriana did recently sign a new multi million dollar deal with Victoria's Secret additional to her angel contract, it was a beauty contract. She's doing a LOT of work for the beauty line and even has a new beauty booklet out in stores. She's the face of the Very Sexy Makeup Line, while Ale is the face of Christian Siriano's line. Both partook in the product launch back in March, there are images somewhere. Ale also has a beauty contract, so between the both of them they share the work. Both Adriana and Ale were offered huge contracts for beauty additional to their angel contracts. She will be involved in the show in some way or form. She'll most likely host or something, this was 100% guaranteed by the PR offices at Victoria's Secret in NYC.

The event in NYC with Alessandra, Emanuela, Marisa and Lindsey will take part at the Herald Sq store instead of the lexington event. It was posted on the facebook page. Earlier last week when we spoke (Lima-Fans.com) to the PR rep at Monica Mitro's office they told us that she wasn't sure if it would be at the Lex store or the Herald store, I assumed (as well as Lima-Fans) that it would be at the Lexington store because that's what they seemed to be doing, but I guess they changed their minds.

Actually no that's not my point. The company is free to do whatever they want to do without her...IMO they can not use her for all I care, because I'd rather them use her once in a while, then be shoved down our throats like oh say Selita or Miranda, who at their signings don't even have many people show up nor care enough to see them. Heidi and Adriana are VS's meal ticket and they know it, otherwise they wouldn't insist on having them in the show period. They would have told them hey no problem don't need ya this year, which I'm sure both would have been fine with (I know Heidi's sick of the company) As for being "That" kind of fan...I just know what I've heard from Monica Mitro's office and Liza Anderson (Adriana's PR) that she's very much wanted and when you say that she's not this or that, then the fans are going to step in and say something saying hey well not so fast. here's what she's doing and yadda yadda yadda. VS is going to do what they want, but they aren't going to pay certain supermodels and not use them. I don't think any of us said the show CAN'T happen without them or the christmas commercial wouldn't happen without her, we just said without their big names and the financial aspect of it, it wouldn't have been surprising. In the end who gives a damn? Let the other girls shine (well as much as they will) I'm not going to get a juvenile fight over something that has no bearing on my life whatsoever. Oi.

As far as I'm concerned Adriana can sit on the sweet little pregnant tushy the whole time, and she's still raking in the bucks. Heidi might be their main face...just for her name power, but Adriana and Ale are the only two models in the roster that have ever been offered 5 year multi year multi million contracts. (Along with Gi when she was present) No other models have ever been offered this or given it, most Angels including Heidi are giving 3 years. Let's not forget how VS pretty much begged her for the makeup contract (additional to her angel contract) and have been begging her to drop Maybelline since she signed with them in 03 and how they paid her several extra millions to do the Miracle Bra and BioFit campaign...yea I'd say she's pretty super extraordinaire to them. Heck if it wasn't for her working on several other editorial/cover appearances right now surrounding her pregnancy, she'd be working for them now. They've offered her several things, but she's been to busy to do it. Alessandra didn't work during her pregnancy because she didn't express an interest to, as for Adriana she's being offered tons of work and she's wanting to continue to work there's the difference. Adriana's still taking part in the VSFS, in a big way...my guess is either hosting or being a backstage reporter.

Heidi actually filmed a commercial while she was pregnant, so it's not the first time for the company. It was for the Body by Victoria commercial she did a while back And I'm CoutureChic, I don't know how someone couldn't take it personal what you said, and I'm dearly sorry if I offended you in any way. I do know my stuff when it comes to things and do have a few contacts which makes me educated and knowledgeable about the subjects I speak about whether here or at TFS, and if you take offense at that I'm deeply sorry. But next time please do the classy thing and contact me via PM there, or here instead of posting your dislikes for someone on a public forum.

Only recently though (In the last 2 years) he left her and her mother when she was 6 months old and moved out and left her to be raised by her mom (who was 18 at the time) and her grandparents. When she wasn't doing to well she spent some time in Brazil, went through some religious guidance and decided to find her father. They're on good terms now

Yep. She's been booking more work than normal, according to her publicist. Lima-Fans has been keeping in contact with them, and the offers are pouring in, like I said more work than normal. My guess is they are ALL waiting until she is a little bigger which makes sense, but she's got several covers, and eds as well as appearances coming up...if she's getting this much work maybe she just needs to stay pregnant lol.

Well they went way way way over budget last year...so much that they weren't sure if they'd be able to recover. So I'm almost 100% sure there won't be a show...a tour would be much more economical and better for everyone involved.

I'm not saying that, but with Adriana and Heidi being the biggest names they market the fashion show with, plus the economy it's a big possibility. They really don't have many big names to publicize to pull in the public, and they were barley able to pay for last year's show. But like I said Heidi and Adriana are due in the fall, so I'm sure they'll be around...I actually believe it's part of their contract. Yes, normally a meeting wouldn't be anything, but it sounds as if it's one of the first meetings and if it is, chances are there is no show, considering we usually hear location in March and outfits usually have already begun. So they have a lot working against them....no real "star" angels, no big names to pull in ratings (when their ratings are already lowering) with Gisele gone, Heidi possibly not in shape and as the same for Dri they really have no names to rely on. I'm willing to bet money they'll end up doing a tour, the economy is what convinces me more than anything and the fact they struggled last year to put on the show and went way over budget with it. At least that's what the contacts I have say about the show last year, and they have a pretty good idea.

This pretty much confirms there won't be....because if they're have a meeting about it....uh normally they know exactly where it will be by now, and they have already started on costumes. Not just having a meeting about it. I'm telling you they'll do a tour, I'd bet money on it.

Again who said Adriana and Heidi were out? Both are due in the fall...it gives them plenty of time to get back...just like Ale and Heidi has done before.

I'm guessing there will not be a show this year. They're two biggest names, are out for this year and they only are going to rely on 4 angels, while they are popular they don't have the name to pull in an audience like Heidi or Adriana. Plus by now we usually have heard something and there hasn't been any news, plus with the economy the way it is...it was a struggle for them to do a show last year, and the economy is worse than it was then. So they really don't have anything going for them. I'm guessing they'll substitute it for a tour, or something. It would be easier because Adriana and Heidi could participate because they wouldn't have to get into as much shape as they would if they were wearing the regular underwear, they would be wearing t-shirts and such. The fantasy bra would still be worn (Tyra did during the 2004 tour) and it would introduce the new angel line up to the people. Also just because Adriana and Heidi wouldn't be in the show doesn't mean they'll replace them with two new angels....Also these two are both due before the show....in the fall September/October and they could easily get back into shape if their was a show...so don't count either out yet. But my guess and hunch is there won't be a show, like I said they don't have their biggest names, don't really have the money, and there has been NO news of it and usually news starts leaking in March.
