VS ex angels need to unite and do a collaboration event. Imagine the likes of Doutzen, Miranda, Rosie, Gisele, Tyra, Laetitia and Karolina coming together. Haha that would be amazing.

I love Anja but so true about her. She comes across as being too "haute" for everyone. Yes to Lily Aldridge/most VS girls and Kate Moss as well.

She never lost her high fashion image. VS and the high fashion world were pretty separated though, so I agree about that, but then the high fashion world started using more VS models, remember when Doutzen, Alessandra and Miranda walked Prada, or when Miranda was on Vogue Italia and then Candice made a splash as well. Now VS and high fashion world are quite interlinked, they both are going after publicity than actual talent. It is a business after all.

I'm waiting for the show to be repeated in a few minutes. I'm gonna listen really carefully what she says. I do expect this was her last show, bc normally angels won't say they are going to leave if they are going to walk another year. Bringing the news in the media, seems to me this was her last walk. What I understood VS wanted to negotiate with her, but she made her decision. Ok I watched the programm. DAMM SHE LOOKED SOO BEAUTIFUL IN THAT PROGRAMM, although I know her face I was shocked again. At first Doutzen was very vague about it and secretively, like she really said close to nothing about it, only there were other brands interested in her, and perhaps she could stop one day with VS. The interviewer reacted really shocked. Then after 10 min her agency came to talk with the interviewer and said a decision was made. The interviewer asked what the reason was why she would stop perhaps. Their answer was: stopping at height of career, interest of other brands, Doutzen's familiy life. Still they haven't said: Doutzen is going to stop with VS, or the fact this was her last walk. The interview was quite contradictive. Possibly Doutzen and her team are still thinking about it. There are offers of other brands and it depends on what those brands are offering, and she wants more family life and how her acting career is going to develop. My opinion is this OR was already her last walk, OR next year will be, but she won't stay longer than that. So she never really confirmed that she will end her contract with VS? Just that she has many offers and doesn't know if she will stay with VS or leave?

can we please let go of how VS treated Doutzen. Candice worked exclusively with VS for years so no wonder they will reward her. Doutzen has multiple contracts to bank on, VS contract was just one of them.

You're going to see that face in other runway shows, interviews, and in a new pretty lingerie brand ads/commercials, and who knows, maybe in cinema I think she cares quite a bit for her career as this was a smart decision involving her and her agents. Like it was said earlier she was never going to be like Adriana or Candice for VS, so its the perfect time to move on and do other things. Plus she did talk about other lingerie brands showing interest in her, so I am sure we will see her work for other brands but why would she leave VS if she would work for other lingerie brands? I understand other brands in general, but why another lingerie brand? Yes it was a smart decision. But perhaps if career was her only focus in live she wouldn't have let go of VS that easily perhaps. She would have been like Heidi, staying there as long as possible. Actually she did say that when her first child was born, she didn't want to work ever again, and just wanted to care for her child. It's after a while she really wanted to work again. Still children can change you. maybe, but I feel like now that she has opted out of VS, the restraints are completely off. She can work for whatever brand(s) she wants to. I remember she had a hard time negotiating with VS about her H&M contract, ultimately VS did let her work for them, but now it won't be hard for her. She is in big demand and she and her managers have always been smart as to what her next move will be. Plus didn't she want to explore acting? I thought she shot for something when she was in LA in October, maybe she can pursue that as well.

Yeah will definitely miss her. I really wanted to see her open the show, more so than the fantasy bra, but VS has changed, its not the same 2005 fashion show I loved, so in a way I am happy she is moving on.

Super agreed, Elsa was so perfect but Doutzen looks out of shape and Behati arghh was looking so old for her age she looks fine, especially after giving birth over the summer, talk to me when Elsa has two kids to take care of. Yes I totally agree. And I like her softer look way more than her #BodybyIza abs. Her stomach is more beautiful when it's softer. And I appreciate that Doutzen doesn't try to be stick thin after giving birth. It wasn't her priority, she actually said so. I always thought it was creepy Heidi was back on the runway 6 weeks after giving birth. I mean do you care more for VS or your child? Is not about the body, her body looks amazing for just having had a baby, It's her face. She looks like she's not even happy to be there and the hair make up didn't do her any favors. I've always felt like Doutzen never enjoys working with VS that much but this year she looked completely washed out, like she would rather be doing anything else, if she cares that much about her child and blabla she should have stayed home then instead of going to London and look so annoyed I don't see one picture of her looking "annoyed." I think its all in your mind. She looks quite happy, she seems more reserved than other angels, but thats her personality. If anything she looks quite angelic.
