I barely use weights because my arms are still wet noodles, honestly. But I'll sometimes use a single weight or a body bar with my squats. I've been going since the beginning of March, so it's been nearly 3 months? Another thing I do is follow celebrity trainers on instagram for their routines. I really like RHW's trainer, Erica Hood.

I think 3x a week is a great start, especially if you're going to do a mix of cardio and weights! If your gym has classes I would recommend trying some out and seeing what kind of exercise you like the best. My gym has some of the "trendy" classes like Zumba (which I hate) and Ballet Barre (which I love), and you can learn a lot of good moves that you can incorporate into your own routine!

Miami was going to be one of my guesses. They seemed to have shot there quite a bit lately, and it would be an easy change up without going too far or drastic like London. Vegas might also be good, or LA.

Zayn, so Gigi can flaunt her relationship a little more. I don't think enough people know they're dating. Though seriously, Zayn would be great. I could see them using DNCE, or having Nick Jonas since they've both got upcoming albums.

A bit early for this thread, but since they've started the show prep and have begun creating and fitting the outfits, I thought I would throw this up so we have somewhere to compile all the forthcoming information so it doesn't get lost in the Main VS thread. Last year the show location was announced at the end of May, and Jen King said a few weeks ago that they would be announcing it soon, so we should know by the end of the month. I'm assuming you mean fitness goal? I'm terribly terribly out of shape. Blessed with one of those Asian metabolisms that resulted in being rather slim, but meant I literally avoided all extra physical activity for the last twenty years of my life. I'm really exercising to improve my health more than anything and if I end up with Elsa's waistline as a bonus I won't complain . I'll usually do a 2 quick 30 minute cardio sessions and then 1 or 2 1hr cardio/weight classes a week depending on my schedule. Nothing crazy or strenuous. Mostly just get my lazy ass moving.

@PinkCouture Since they've started fittings and whatnot, if I make a VSFS 2016 thread (unless there's already one lying around) would you move it in the subforum? Or is it too early for that?

If you can find a gym with a relatively low membership cost, I would highly recommend it! I joined my first gym a few months back, and am really happy with the decision. Although I can't say it helped me procrastinate less when it came to exam week. I ended up going to the gym more to avoid studying. But it really does make you feel better, even if you just go for a quick half hour workout 3 or 4 times a week. I feel a lot better, and have more energy which makes studying a lot easier! Or you could listen to the stupidest advice I've ever heard, and just eat less, because a woman's only fitness goal should be to be thinner. How obtuse.
