BECAUSE HEALTH!!! Edit: Also....because she doesn’t seem to have anything else to do. It doesn’t look like she works very much outside of VS, and even that’s rare. She has an 8 minute plank according to Grace E.

Show time she usually does 3 x 1hr sessions a day. And yup, she does a ton of cyrotherapy (which I don’t buy as actually useful lmao) because she has a ton of inflammation from working out.

I’m sure it will. It sounds like the majority of the girls are flying out around the 14th, and if VS is putting the girls up in hotels I’m sure they’re going to put them to work while they’re in there. Ming and Lais are doing even earlier promo in China on the 11th, so I think this show will be very press heavy in general.

I used to love Joan so so much, but in the last year or so she became unbearable to me. I don’t know exactly what the change was, maybe it was her clinging to the nepo-squad so desperately, but I ended up unfollowing her on social media. Also gimme those names too. My kidneys are in prime condition. Top dollar. Wait, nvm. I think I already know a couple.

Elsa’s legs are so awkward in that second picture. I feel like it was snapped mid-movement, look at her weird toe position. Stunning in the other two shots though. And ditto on preferring the black robe. Much more elegant, and the flower detail looks much more dainty and sexy on the black.

Do it. I chop my hair to around my chin every spring and it’s always such a fresh nice change. (And then I just let it grow out for the rest of the year, minus little trims to freshen up layers and split ends.)

Elsa cut her hair just before the holiday commercial, and then I believe she had it shortened a little more afterwards. I think the overload of nudes was them trying to nail their “champagne” theme.
