I'm really not sure about this one. She seems to have a more "babier" face than Debi. She looks a lot like Russian actress Anna Nazareva which is something I cannot confirm unfortunately.
Pretty sure it's actress Theresa Saldana.

At first I was like she's so familiar but I don't know who she is... And then I remembered those are Lisa Vale's teeth!
That's right, it looks like her, but there are a few noticeable differences which makes it hard to tell whether it's her or not.
