I think the photographers should be watermarking all of their work to be honest. Also having photographers sign up and posting on here would help them about controlling members to not post numerous copyrighted pictures in threads.

They're talking about sites who have people sign up to them and they pay people to post content on forums/boards, which they do it usually by how many times people click on certain links and both parties get money. A good example is Megaupload. Hosts like Imagebam get the profits, but only them. The users of their site just host their pictures.
