Well I still have my doubts. According to https://en.todocoleccion.net/collectables-magazine-newspapers/revista-telva-numero-583-ano-1988-extra~x177328290 , that Telva cover is from 1988, which makes sense because Telva was started in 1963 and 1988 is the 25th anniversary. There are several pics of Irene from 1988 in her thread on this page, posted by RocketQueen: Which are distinctively her, and quite similar to her pics from 1990. So while I see a resemblance in the Telva cover, I don't think it is Irene.
It is daunting to disagree with Chirkomania, but while the first pic (Vogue Patterns) is definitely Irene, I don't believe the second one (Telva) is.
