When bodybuilder influencers keep on emphasizing "hard work" when they work out approx. 15-20 hrs a week. Going to the gym is a part time job but it's not the only thing. What's harder than the workout is meal prep and being consistent with diet. And worse than that, taking all those steroids and having a lot of health consequences.
