Ring of Power benefited from the great LOTR fanbase but overall fans hate the show, and I doubt that S2 will be as successful. The success of the Fallout show has generated a renewed interest in the franchise. Youtube algorithms are now promoting the show & the games so all those old videos from years ago are being recommended again. The steam numbers for the games surged during and after the show to the point where I can see Fallout 5 is in the cards. Starfield & Fallout 76 are production failures and it's apparent that that people (myself included) miss fallout. So Fallout has a pretty good future.
