  1. Star Wars was made in the 1970s- people communicated differently back then. I personally found a lot of the 'classics' in the 1970s to be very underwhelming when I watched them. I haven't watched Star Wars since I was a teenager but it was something I watched many times, and it (and indiana jones films) was left on in the background in family gatherings to entertain me and relatives. The genius of Starwars was the original world building, all the visuals (which created a big market for Star wars toys and other things) and how they matched it with the mythological 'heroes' journey' character structure.
  2. I didn't see the movie yet. From what I've heard it's more like the first act of multiple storylines. I will probably watch it when much more of it is released. I like how this project is a legit passion project and not something that is simply pumped out for money.
  3. in the last page?
  4. My jaw dropped once I saw him getting hardcore- had to watch it 4 times in a row lol Hulk still has it in his 70s.. It's like the intro of President K in Idiocracy:
  5. this is taylor's new act for her Eras tour It's actually great
  6. Trump sounds kind of tired in this (not surprising- he narrowly escaped death or becoming brain-dead) looks like he is embracing the idea that God-Divine Providence saved his life (hence God will be with MAGA!)
