This may strike some as a shocking revelation: Nina Agdal is physically attractive.

I'm honestly more embarrassed for the "nerdy kid" than Bar. What do you think he got paid? How do you think he felt going to the audition calling for "nerdy ugly out of shape white guy?"

I love going from video game forums to sports forums to fashion forums, the internet is such a fantastic place. I get to taste the rhetoric of haters in so many different flavors. They're all the same in one respect: Whatever they take issue with doesn't live up to their subjective standards, and this means they must be objectively poor, because they believe their standards are better and more refined than yours.

Bored and made a new sig, figured I'd post here if anyone is a collector of gifs and such. Will post a somewhat redundant image here in case I change my sig later:

Michelle was a close second choice for me, so it's not like I'm not a fan. Come to think of it, I wouldn't have bothered with the whole auto-clicking thing beyond the first attempt had I actually gotten results with it. I just kept doing it out of frustration when it seemed like it didn't even make a dent. I mean, setting it up so that you can vote an unlimited number of times anonymously in the first place should have been a giveaway that something was up. If they really cared, they'd tie it to Facebook, or Twitter or w/e.

Just a brief note on the SI voting. I was pulling for Nina pretty hard, and as a result voted quite a bit. I began to suspect that the voting was... wonky at best, rigged at worst, after some tests. What tests? Well, I set up this automatic mouse clicking program, set it up to basically keep voting overnight for a few nights. There were literally thousands of votes cast just from this alone, and the percentages never budged once. Occasionally, Nina or Jessica would shoot to the lead only to lose it to one or the other. If there was a pattern to most of the voting at all, it would be Nina slowly building a lead and then Jessica shooting to the top again. Repeat. Then, a week before the end of the vote, all the models ended up being very close to each other in votes out of nowhere. We're talking girls who were at 3-4% for the vast majority of the time the poll was open shooting up to within a percentage point of the leaders. That Nina won (or, more appropriately for this thread, Michelle lost) probably had nothing to do with voting at all, and was likely predetermined. They say that when an election makes no sense - and this one made no sense at all, given the completely inconsistent and illogical patterns anyone who paid close, long term attention saw - it was probably rigged. It was rigged. And I say that as a supporter of the winner.

Who is the first model who caught YOUR EYE?
Laetitia Casta in my mom's Victoria's Secret catalog. I was 13, these things are to be expected. Non-model? Nicole Kidman in Batman Forever.

Heh, nice to see that change was made.

Eh there are plenty of really attractive women doing professional porn these days. Like, it's one thing to be a really great tease and build a brand out of it, but if you actually do porn you've got to like... be good at doing porn. Which isn't the same as being good at sex.

She does look thinner in a not-so-good way.

Not in isolation, since it doesn't differentiate between muscle mass and fat. So if you are a cut-from-stone Adonis, you'll still be labeled "obese" by the metric. In this specific instance though, as a minimum for models, I doubt that particular flaw in the system will be a problem. So I agree in this narrow context.

Now they're all at 17%. Something tells me this poll isn't scientific at all. It reeks of internal manipulation. Which is really stupid considering it's not like we're voting to elect a government official, it's just a beauty contest really - which is basically the least significant thing anyone can vote on ever. If a vote defies logic and looks fixed it probably is. And I don't mean that in the "the model I like most isn't winning" sense, that can be explained. What can't be explained is the wildly divergent voting trends.

Nina needs help guys, vote! http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2012_swim...t=swimhp_t3_a18 For shits and giggles I put on a mouse macro overnight and voted a couple thousand times. So yeah, either the leader really has a massive fanbase or there's something fishy going on.

Michelle Vawer is really cute but this should be a landslide victory if the humans-with-access-to-the-internet demographic has any taste. Granted, considering how poorly Catrinel Menghia fared in a vote last year, I don't have too much faith in that outcome. I hope she wins big though, means she'll be more likely to come back and be a bigger feature in 2013!
