I wanted to like TSCC, but the Terminator universe has never done a thing for me.
  2. Memento Mori replied to cast0r's topic in Actresses
They did renew Dollhouse for 13 more episodes with a lower budget, but they are keeping it on Friday.
  3. One more from GQ SA's website (I hope we have some South Africans who can scan this)
  4. Absolutely amazing pics, thanks! Some more from Hunkemoller:
  5. Jenna Pietersen! She has a thread here and I just made a rather huge megapost there. /not obsessed //would pay $ for a Hunkemoller poster but can't find a site (in English or any other language) where this would be possible. I'd even use Paypal or eBay if someone could grab me one there, I'm in the USA
  6. Oops, left some out making the total of images over 360. There are some better quality versions of photos above in this set: http://rapidshare.com/files/214412242/Jenn...n-leftovers.rar There will likely be the same issue with doubles but since these were in a different folder many of them will probly have the same filename and overwrite if extracted into the same folder.

  8. Wow! nice.
  9. Eh, it got mixed reviews. But yeah, don't want to hijack the thread, as humor is such a subjective (and off topic) thing.
  10. JC Penny event, credit SP.com. Mostly HQ.
  11. Subscriber to SI, Im not gonna buy another copy lol
  12. On a sexiness note, I can say with a significant amount of confidence that your average SI reader thinks that Cintia needs to eat a sandwich and Jessica Gomes' body is awesome. It's not a sleight, it's just that on the whole your average non-Bellazon-viewing straight male probably thinks most models are way too skinny. Example: You say that like it's a bad thing. /imho
  13. sigh, I knew this would happen. It's not her freckles, but it just doesn't appeal to me. If I had to pick out something, I don't like the shape of her eyes or how they fit in with the rest of her face. Since we're nitpicking, anyway.
  14. A couple Bar GIFs, free to use. They're formatted to 150x150 so they center properly and don't lose their aspect ratio.

  16. I dunno, I think a lot of that is confirmation bias. I might get impressions of personality from pictures and videos, but I just feel like I can't know anything about someone's personality without meeting them.
  17. If you are disturbed by that, do not under any circumstances ever Google "Japanese Idol"
  18. It's hard to explain. Modeling's skill sets are relatively unknown to me, and ultimately irrelevant beyond a point (namely, decent lighting, which is the photographer's problem). In this conversation I think I feel something like the "token girl at the sporting event" feels as all the guys around her discuss the intracacies of a sport I only vaguely comprehend or care about*. I just want to stare at all the pictures of overwhelmingly hot models and as such my criteria for rating them is far different. To me, Cintia looks kind of odd (it's the shape and proportion of her features, IMHO). A lot of the models whose threads I frequent here are rife with comments from others like, "She's too generic" which to me usually means "So, she isn't funny looking?" But what little I know about the modeling profession tells me that exotic or different looks are important and I respect why people are fans of her, for example. Not to single her out or anything or rile up the Cintia fans. I'm a believer in the theory of symmetry and averageness when it comes to physical attractiveness so my ideal doesn't often mesh with the concept of unique looking models, although there are plenty of exceptions that don't seem to violate either principle. So the first thing I did when I saw the website link was to go to Kim's model page and spend a good five minutes saving everything. I didn't even notice the similarity of expressions or poses then or when looking at the other models until I read this thread again lol. I realize I probly got a bit off topic, but it was the only way I figure I could explain it? * Yes, I realize that plenty of girls know a lot about sports and can hold their own quite easily in those discussions. But I'm not talking about them. /doesn't put that much thought into women I actually meet, lol //but the internet gawking standards are absurdly high, and why not?
  19. I was going to make a comment about how poses and facial expressions < overwhelming hotness, but then I realized the more I talk in here the more likely I am becoming the equivalent of the girl at the Super Bowl party who asks endless questions about the uniforms and ruins it for the real fans. So, I'm just gonna shut up and look at pics.

  21. As a straight male, I 100% approve of this cover. It will suck that the mailing label is likely to be clumsily applied to the bottom right, though. /crosses fingers for bottom left //isn't gonna go buy a copy, SI subscriber

  24. Replace Colts and Patriots with Arsenal and Man Utd. Or Nadal and Federer. It's all the same. Fans have their allegiances to teams or people that they have no genuine personal connection to, but attach their ego to them regardless. I do it, everyone does it. My point was it's the same for people at Bellazon with their favorite models as it is for Sports Illustrated readers and their favorite teams. Discussing Bar Rafaeli and Leo DiCaprio's relationship or the relative prestige of various models is no different from talking about whether or not Alex Rodriguez used steroids and which team is better. The attachment is almost entirely one-way (unless you're friends with the model or players on a sports team) and not entirely rational - which is why these kinds of arguments are fun, because there can be no real "winner." In sports, the contest has to be decided on the field. And whoever gets the cover of SISE will get the cover without having anything to do with a single word said on this board or FMT or anywhere else.
